We had a great stay. It was the perfect place to stay for the whole family with plenty of space. We loved the location close to Universal and tons of restaurants. We had everything we needed to make dinners at the townhouse when we didn't want to go out. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The amenities were really nice too. We enjoyed going for runs through the property along the walking path. We would definitely stay here again!

One very good thing about the resort is that it is very closely located to the Universal parks and the rooms are excellent.
We got a 2B/2B apartment which was really big enough for 6-7 people. The kitchen and living areas were very well furnished.
A few things which we did not like - they stock up the essentials like laundry soap, dishwasher pods, trashbags very minimally. So, if you run of any of these items, you will have get the stuff yourself.

Very nice townhouse, cleaned and stocked for our arrival. Lots of steps with 3 floors FYI. Close to everything good as far as entertainment, stores and theme parks. Brock was very nice and handled a Tv issue on day 2. Brought a new TV to our rental. The big pool was still under construction but Brock also handled that for us. We enjoyed the smaller pool area with 2 pools, hot tub and sprinkler suntan patio. Drinks at the pool bar were overpriced and weak-but they tried. Everything about our stay was easy.

What a perfect place to stay! We had a comfortable, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with large living areas and a patio for less than we would have paid for two hotel rooms. Vista Cay is convenient to so many Orlando attractions - Disney, Universal, Sea World and International Drive. The communication with guest services was detailed and very helpful. Vista Cay is a gated community with many amenities and within walking distance to restaurants. We had a great experience!

Nice apartment rentals within 20-30 min to Convention Center. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Work out room is small and does not provide water or towels, so you have to bring your own. Publix is close by for stocking up on provisions.

It was very easy to check in and out because it’s completely self check in which was amazing. Usually I hate hotel beds but these were beds so comfy after a busy day out in Orlando. There was plenty of room for my and six other people. The location was a big plus because it was near a lot of stores and attractions.

We were there with friends second year in a row. Beautiful place. Very well located. Spacious apartments, great pool area - the whole outside area in general- and ecxellent staff! Daníel goes out of his way to make sure his guests enjoy their stay!

We own this top floor lake front 3 bedroom condo at Vista Cay since it was first built in 2007. Dan Waldron and his company, VC Orlando resorts rental, has been managing it now for close to 5 years. This is the first time we have stayed in it this year for extended vacation and really enjoyed our time here in Orlando. Our kids also visited us while we were here. The amenities, location and the large space are perfect. The management company has been taking care of our property in a wonderful manner. They are on top of all the maintenance, accessibility and all communications. They are honest and our rental revenue stream has been wonderful since we have been with them!

I have no hesitation in recommending Dan Waldron and his company for property management for anyone that may be interested.
