This was, by far, the best hotel experience we've had in years. At the Windsor they understand hospitality. Everything is as it should be. It's elegant, yet comfortable. Everything...in the room and in the public spaces, is beautifully maintained and clean. Glassware sparkles. Music is appropriate (how many times have we've been in a "luxury" hotel and the glassware and/or silverware is dirty and they are playing loud, obnoxious, inappropriate music?). The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in a great and quiet location...just off the French Quarter. We enjoyed room service breakfast both mornings and the service were impeccable. We had dinner in the lovely restaurant, and it was a highlight of a three-week trip. I only wish we had more than two nights there! All food was excellent. Every staff member we encountered seemed to genuinely care that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone at the Windsor Court. We plan on coming back because a place like this deserves many more visits!

The hotel was spectacular. Great location to walk everywhere but a nice distance from Bourbon street. Polo bar has live entertainment and Olivia was the best serving our drinks. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Ross was so friendly and helpful with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious. Our hostess Helen was very courteous. We loved it!

My wife and I were in New Orleans for Valentines Day/Mardi Gras and decided to stay at the Windsor. Its proximity to the French Quarter and superior reviews were the deciding factors for us. We’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this by far has been the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. We stayed in a room that allowed us access to the Executive Lounge, which was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We interacted with dozens of employees and every single one of them were kind and polite. ||The restaurant and bar were both excellent. We were able to acquire two chairs in the Polo Lounge that afforded us a perfect view of the Krewe du Vieux as it went by. ||Our suite was nicely appointed and the two balconies looked out over the Mississippi. ||This place is great and is definitely a case of getting what you paid for.

The Windsor Court is without a doubt, our family's favorite hotel in New Orleans! As locals, we love visiting the hotel during the holidays when it's decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff is incredible and hotel is best a in class option for locals and tourists alike! ||Centered in the heart of Downtown, The Windsor Court provides an outstanding location to visit New Orleans' vibrant culture, world-class cuisine, and unforgettable sights and sounds. If time permits, The Spa at The Windsor Court offers luxurious treatments for individuals and a romantic experience for couples. The Grill Room boasts authentic Creole Cuisine for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch, and Dinner. In the mood for a cocktail? Visit The Polo Lounge for a cocktail in a lively and luxurious atmosphere while taking in live music and delicious appetizers in one of New Orleans' most famous bars. ||The staff at The Windsor Court is truly what sets this hotel apart. Love the rooms they’re extra large. The beds are beyond comfy. The pillows are soft annd mild to your head… everything about this hotel from the hospitality to the people that work at the front door to the cleaning. People are so respectful and I always smiling and I truly enjoy staying.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed here in early January (our second stay) for 2 nights. The holiday decorations were outstanding. Our suite was great! Very comfortable. Beds were great and had luxurious linens. Staff was extremely helpful. My daughter had potentially lost something in hotel and security and housekeeping went out of their way to assist us. Location was quiet but close to attractions. Would highly recommend and gladly stay there again if going to New Orleans.

The Windsor Court is by far my most favorite hotel in New Orleans. The staff if always phenomenal, from the bell hop to check in to housekeeping. The room was nice and spacious. The towels are some of the best towels I’ve ever used - they made me upgrade my towels at home. I requested some of the in-house dark chocolates, and housekeeping brought me an entire bag. The gym was great, very spacious. I do with they had multiples of the dumbbells set. The gym floor was mostly clean, and I know it’s hard to clean during the day while the gym is busy. This time there were a few little things I noticed which took my review from a 5 to a 4. The carpet in the room was fraying in multiple points and the chair in the bedroom had a huge red stain. I am surprised that the chair wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or the fabric was so replaced because the stain is so noticeable on a baby blue chair. I also found a random hair on the sink and that’s one of my major pet peeves. Overall, I can’t wait to come back and always recommend to others.

Great service!! Beautiful, comfortable… |We come here often and the staff here always impresses. The amenities on site are top notch and the location is exceptional. It’s rare to be this well located, but also a bit secluded and quiet compared to most hotels in the city.
