Called in a recall order for my jeep, give the staff all my information over the phone which includes the Vin number and my personal details. Lady in Jeep department found the recall that my mechanic printed for me. Promised to call back when it was my time for car to get serviced. I called them back after not hearing back for over 4 weeks and all of a sudden she couldn’t find me and claimed that I had been serviced. I never have been to this before. I called back and all of a sudden she now has the Catalytic Converter but claim I now have to pay over $4,000 to get it. Couldn’t complain to the BBB as they are not accredited. Looking to file a formal complaint.

I bought a Chevy Tahoe from Jansen in 2021 from Jansen and have always brought it back here for service. I’ve had my windshield replaced through them, bought a new set of tires through them and had all my services done by go to tech Greg (their ford tech) I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences here at Jansen. Definitely recommend them to everyone, to buy and get their vehicles worked on. Great team!

I have no issue with our sales person that we had. He done a great job in finding the truck i needed for what i do. But their service dept is a freaking joke. I have owned my truck for a lil over 2 months now and has been back to them 4 times. I have put 460 miles on it and they have put almost 1500 miles on it. Every time they get my truck it is full. All but 1 time I got it back it is either empty or almost empty!I've had it at my house a total of 10 days. The 3rd time I had an issue I asked to speak to Denton who I'm assuming is the manager, I honestly don't know who is running that place. Any time I asked for him he will never answer my call or return it And was sent straight to the service dept that could careless to speak to me. It is a gmc & I understand they're a ford dealer. But they had to take my truck to their Chevy dealership in Germantown IL to be fixed 2 differenttimes now. I've done talked to my lawyer & told her I've got my truck back. She informed me if it screws up again there will be legal matters taken against them.

I wouldn't buy shit from these people. I bought a brand new 2021 dodge ram back in 2021. The back glass leaked when it rained leaving a musty smell in a brand new truck. The service department is very incompetent. They tried fixing it 4 times to no avail. Got Chrysler involved and everything nothing was done. So I went and got the truck while they still had it and traded it in at a different dealer. I will never buy anything from these people again. I also had sunk all kinds of money in said truck lift kit full exhaust 4k on stereo. Might as well of burnt 7 grand.
