Very good service and glad your still in business. The others advertise but that's about all and that doesn't help. Time is $ and I surely don't have time for playing around with a fake company that doesn't exist.

I ask the person on the phone how much 2 take me some where and back home he said 10 I ask you jacked up your cost he said it hasn't been 5 bucks for 8vyears yes it was it cost me 5 last year then he got rude and said good luck buddy and hung up rude that's not the way 2 run a business he lost a fair 3 months ago I took thete taxi from the hospital rhedriver charged me 20 dollars

I called and they immediately had an attitude and I asked “do you have a opening for as soon as possible.” I was okay with waiting a while just whenever their next opening was. And I can hear them in the back round talking bout me and then is gonna say “WHERE AM I PICKING YOU UP AT!!” Very rude and disrespectful!

Well for starters didn't even have a chance to put my seat belt on before the driver floored it. She was also smoking through most of the ride and I am pregnant so that in it's self was upsetting and she sped most of the way and wipped around the corners. Very unsafe driving and very unprofessional to smoke with a customer in the vehicle. I don't usually complain about things but this was just awful. Won't be calling for another ride.

Definitely the nicer of the two cab companies in town in terms of cleanliness and punctuality. However, and this is a huge however. A ride to Walmart from my house with a short stop at JB hawk for a pack of smokes and Walgreens to pick up a prescription then a ride bk from Walmart to home with "orange cab" would be approximately $14, where the exact same ride with auto pro would be $34!!!!! Now I don't know about you all but I could deal w a driver being 5-10 min late here and there and a messy van in order to spare myself the $20 pocket change. Again, if this for something I had to schedule to make sure that I got back and forth to work and I prompt and timely manner then perhaps Auto pro would be the way to go, however, if you're looking for a cheap ride across town to grab a couple snacks maybe just maybe you might want to stick with the orange guys.
