My new wife and I started working with Cheryl Wilson mid-2015 until July of this year. Cheryl was a fantastic help for us, and made our whole destination wedding much easier. I could not imagine doing all the travel arrangements by myself. When I first was looking for a travel agent, she easily stood out by calling me which made it feel much more personable. I would highly recommend her as she is patient, fair and will look for the best deals possible for you. Furthermore, she was very responsive and communicated well with my guest and me. Every one of my guest that booked through her, had nothing but positive things to say. This was my first time using a travel agent and I would quickly do it again. As far as the resort, I have been there previously so I knew what to expect. Nice hard working people, with good food and an endless amount of entertainment. Once again thank you Cheryl for help making a memorable trip even better!

There are no words to describe how wonderful Ultimate Inclusive Travel and Miss Sharon has been for our family. We have a special needs daughter that makes it hard for us to get away and often changes our plans at the last minute due to her medical needs. Miss Sharon goes above and beyond to help us. She changed our vacation plans in less than 48 hours before we were leaving on a holiday weekend! They are so knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Must book through this company! You won't be disappointed.

During this pandemic, our trip had to be rescheduled months later. However, back in March when it hit California, I called and ask if I should reschedule. A man basically laughed at me stating it was not that big of a deal. So I payed almost all of the costs prior to the confirmed date which took seconds to extract from my banking account. Now because of the pandemic they are saying it will take 90 days for me to get my money back Beyond irritated especially when thousands of dollars they are tying up for months.

I really enjoyed my experience working with Eric. He went above and beyond and always made sure to keep me updated on the newest deals. He never pressured me to make a decision and was always willing to research another resort for me. My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon and are looking forward to our next experience! Our large group went through this travel agency and went off of their recommendation on where to stay at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. When we arrived at the resort, the reservation was wrong. We contacted the agency (via email) and they responded that they would look into it with the resort and Apple Vacations. This went back and forth for 4 days. The last thing we got (all in writing) was that she understood our frustration, but there was nothing they could do. Since we have been back to the states, we have emailed several times, and they have not responded. They sure did take our money though.
