The Extended Stay Buffalo Grove is my go-to spot when visiting Illinois. Exceptional customer service, and reasonably priced plus all the comforts of home! This is the 3rd time here in 2 months and trust me, I will be back!

Great management team ! Awesome service. Always very clean and one of the best extended stays in the area ( cook & Lake county) would highly reccomend if coming to the area! And water is always HOT!

The management was very nice and accommodating. My rooms toilet was broken when I checked in but they moved me to another room very quickly!
Now for the real deal! This hotel is a sanctuary for illegals and refugees! If you don’t mind people hanging out in the hallway at all hours of the night and families loitering in the lobby then go for it. The hotel constantly smelled like marijuana because they were literally out front smoking it by the front doors and side entrances! There needs to be a balance between being compassionate and shoving 6 people in a room and allowing them to hang out all over

When I came to the location, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait outside for 30 minutes in the cold for someone to come to check me into the hotel. The hotel is OK as far as cleanliness is a non-smoking place.

Positive: The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room was immaculate. When we needed extra items, they were there and helped. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who travels. Negative: Well I wish the free breakfast was what I was use to. Only muffins, breakfast bars, and oatmeal. Only hot water and only one kind of coffee (no decaf). Some people don?t stay for a long time and would like a better option for US travelers.
