We truly only have positive things to say about Carly and her team. My husband and I got married at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park in September 2021, and worked with Carly and her team for about a year to plan the event. Carly was so on the ball and was amazing at asking us questions and documenting our likes/dislikes/taste/inspiration so perfectly so that we were able to find vendors and plan an event that was exactly in line with what we envisioned. Carly always worked within our needs and budget, but she also provided great suggestions and tips to make our wedding even more special. For example, my husband and I met at an apple orchard- and Carly and her team put together a beautiful and classy "farm stand" welcome table inspired by how we met, such as special touch! In the same vein, Carly thought of an idea to use dried fruit as decorations on the tables and meal markers for our table seating to add more color and fall vibes. This ended up adding such a beautiful, rustic, and unique element to our dinner decorations, and we received lots of compliments! We truly could not have planned such a special day without Milk Glass Productions, and we are so grateful to have had Carly and her team throughout the planning process and on the day of! Many of our friends and family have remarked that our wedding was the best and most beautiful they had ever attended, and we feel that Carly was largely responsible for those glowing reviews! For anyone planning an event- large or small - we highly recommend Milk Glass to help you take your event to the next level!

We ended up not being able to use Milk Glass because of our budget but Carly was really impressive and thoughtful in our introduction call. Even though we knew we wouldn’t be able to work with them, she stayed on for a long time and gave us super helpful insight, advice, and referrals to other vendors. We were really impressed and could tell she’s really an expert and very thoughtful. I don’t leave reviews often but felt like it was very deserved for such an above and beyond interaction.

Milk Glass Productions was THE best decision we could have made on our wedding day. They made the day effortless and gave me the ability, as the bride, to enjoy each and every moment. Were there roadblocks? I wouldn't know thanks to Carly and her team for being the frontline for every vendor and hour of the day. Although there wont be another wedding to plan (sadly), I would 10000x use this team over and over again. I cant say enough good things about our experience with this team!! I used Milk Glass Productions to plan my destination wedding in Vail, Colorado. From the introductory call I had with Emily Mournian, I knew I needed to work with her. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Emily was beyond detail oriented, kept me in the loop of everything going on, worked with different vendors and MGP team members on design and pricing, and made sure to make our vision come to life. Planning a wedding from over 2,000 away can be stressful, but the MGP team made it painless.

When it came to the wedding weekend, Emily, Carly & Sydney truly held down the fort. It was incredible to feel such little stress or worry on the biggest day of my life. Everything went perfectly & our wedding day vision truly came to life. I cried walking into the ballroom, it was stunning! They brought the Miami glamour to Vail!

As an event planner myself, I wasn’t convinced I needed a full-on wedding planner, but THANK GOD for Carly and her team! New to CO, my fiancé and I didn’t have a clue where to start with some vendors but Carly is so well connected, she always had at least two suggestions. She made wedding planning so fun and drama-free, gave great guidance based on her expertise, and executed beyond expectation. She’s also just a sweetheart and so easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things - you need Milk Glass in your wedding planning!

This review is way overdue, but I can hardly put into words how wonderful Carly and the team at Milkglass is. We found Milkglass through the Woodlands' all inclusive package and could not have been happier with how everything went. We were an unlucky June 2020 couple and Carly helped us reschedule our wedding and contact vendors to navigate the tough times. We finally had our special day in May 2021 and it was perfection. Carly helped us make decisions about flowers and decor, even meeting us at Event Rents multiple times over the long planning process (2 years with the covid delay!). Planning was really fun with Carly and team - you can tell that they genuinely enjoy what they do and they bring their experience and expertise to help.
Everything was gorgeous on the day. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my wedding, while Milkglass took care of everything else. Our guests were certainly in a partying mood after the lockdowns and we started to run out of alcohol during dinner. Carly sent someone to buy more so the party could continue. She also packed up anything we left behind and delivered our decorations and my bouquet to my house the next day.
If you're on the fence about a wedding planner or coordinator - DO IT!! This was the single thing that made the most difference on how perfect our day was!

Carly came recommended through a mutual friend and we were so thankful and lucky to have found her! One of my favorite things about Carly is that she gets just as excited about your wedding as she would her own. She's great at incorporating specific personal details into a couple's wedding day. During our wedding consultations, Carly would empathize tying in design elements that would relate to you as a couple. For example, our wedding Breckenridge and husband and I are avid skiers. Per Carly's direction, our tables were named after our favorite ski mountains and our place cards were ski lifts tickets designed on a cute chicken wire provided by Carly. She also has great taste when it comes to floral and color arrangements (lol, she definitely helped my husband and I come to some color compromises). She also has great vendor connections and recommendations (Fiori Flowers in Boulder, CO and Phil Gallagher, Officiant). She's also super helpful when it comes to managing a budget, creating day-of timelines, and running an amazing wedding day! My wedding day was beautiful and it was all thanks to Carly!
