Tracy did an incredible job at our wedding on Saturday at The Webb room at Pearl Street! She was so easy to work with leading up to our wedding day, we sent her some inspiration photos and she was able to design exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond coordinating directly with our venue for set up and takedown, so everything was super easy for us. Thank you so much!

I would recommend Blvd Wedding Concepts to anyone getting married or having an event! Tracy made this process so easy for us while planning our wedding. She was close to home so it was a no brainer to check them out! She has the biggest selection of decor and is flexible to make sure the decor suits you. Tracy worked with my venue in the past which made it really easy that she could just contact the venue for delivery/ pickup time herself. Pricing was fair which made it easy to achieve the look I was going for!

Communication was amazing until the day of the wedding. Wedding days are always stressful- for everyone involved so I get it. But being a bride and seeing a ceremony room I didn't remember agreeing fully to really bothered me. I asked my wedding coordinator to have BLVD Wedding Concepts come talk to me after they were finished just to go over what I was missing, and she refused and just left without seeing me. I thought we paid for a partial sheer wall but instead we paid for no wall? Which didn't make sense because the purpose was to hide the bride from entering until I got to the pathway but I could be seen fully making it look tacky. Then it took an hour of looking for receipts to see where I was misguided with what I paid for due to conversations being different than what the receipt said. This is perfectly fine, but I feel this confusion could've been cleared up a lot quicker if she simply spoke to me and explained what I was missing instead of leaving off. It made me angry because communication was amazing until the day it mattered the most. I feel they could've been more professional. This was the only issue that arose on my wedding day. Besides that, the decorations were great.

We used BLVD Wedding Concepts for our wedding on Chautauqua Lake a few weeks ago. I worked directly with Tracy throughout the entire process, and she was kind, personable, full of information and advice, and efficient. Her and her team truly did such a beautiful job with the draping and greenery on the outdoor trellis for the ceremony, and the draping and chandelier in our reception space! I can't imagine our wedding ceremony and reception spaces without the perfect finishing touch of the draping that they did! I thought their pricing was very reasonable, and really appreciated everything they did to make our day so beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for rentals/draping/decor for any event!

Tracy at Boulevard Wedding Concepts was one of my favorite vendors! She did an absolute beautiful job with the two stages she created for me. I had a Pakistani traditional mehndi and wedding. She took the time to understand my vision I had for each stage and was accommodating to any changes I made. I was incredibly happy with the finished stages at each event. Tracy will make sure to work within your budget and is a delight to work with. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I were very happy with our decision to hire Blvd Wedding Concepts to provide the linens for our wedding reception on July 28, 2018. Tracy and her team did a very good job helping us pick out just the right chair covers, sashes, table cloths, and lacy overlays for our reception tables. She and her team were punctual, communicated well, and offered competitive prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend Blvd Wedding Concepts for your event rental needs. 🙂
