We trusted in Edible Crush Custom Catering for my brothers wedding shower and wow are we so happy with that decision! Erin was a delight to work with, presentation on point, and tasty menu options that everyone raved about afterwards. From the start Erin was very professional, organizing a call to discuss our wants, the venue size, number of people etc. She covered all the questions one would need to create a pleasant experience. On the day of Erin and her partner arrived with plenty of time to get a feel for the setup, helped us rearrange based on her vision, prepared the food display, and continued to space out the menu options as needed. Her prices are reasonable and tons of menu options to choose from. The photos aren't able to showcase the taste as well, but as you can see the presentation is one to be remembered. Thank you Erin for creating a beautiful memory for my brother, his fiance and all that attended. Edible Crush was one of the fastest and easiest decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process, we had talked with a lot of other caterers and they seemed great but no one was able or willing to work outside the box with us to create a custom menu until Erin entered the picture! During our introductory call she was so sweet and helpful, answering our long list of questions with ease and transparency, and wanted to get to know us as a couple! Actually I think we were about half way through that first call when I silently mouthed to my now husband, "umm, yeah... she's the one" as we both nodded in agreement lol. To us, working with Edible Crush meant versatility, reliable and recurring communication, transparency in all things, affordability and willingness to work with our budget, candid input based in experience, and of course above all truly amazing people who put their all into creating a fully customized menu of delicious foods that were laid out in the most beautiful ways! Our wedding was October 2nd and everyone is STILL talking about the food, and I'm still drooling over the thought of it alone haha! I know this review is insanely long, but a final and very important thing of note is just really emphasizing how much you get real people who truly care with Edible Crush- we spent time in the bridal suite with our party during cocktail hour and not only did they personally make sure my husband and I ate, there was regularly someone coming with trays of foods to offer all of us so no one was missing out on anything delicious, they asked if we needed anything and what they could do for us, and at the end of the night they gifted us a beautiful item from our cocktail hour display that we now have proudly displayed in our home. There is so much heart in what they do. I think the ideal catering I hoped for was something that tasted good and didn't break the bank, Edible Crush encompassed those things but went so far above and beyond any expectations we ever even thought to have that we're both still in awe (and figuring out what event we can plan next just for the food haha!). I HIGHLY recommend Edible Crush for events of any kind, you will not be disappointed!!

We have people constantly talking about the food we had on our big day- whether it was the appetizers she carefully constructed for our guests to admire, the stunning grazing board we requested a photo shoot with because it was SO PRETTY, the mouth watering carving station, or the grand finale- a late night dumpling bar! I am typically not a review writer, but I wanted to take the time to share about our experiences with Edible Crush. I regularly plan and execute work events multiple times/month ranging from 15-150+ participants. We have contracted with Erin & Rob twice for two separate, off-site events and I cannot express how AMAZING the entire experience was and how IMPRESSED every single attendee was with the presentation and, even more importantly, the taste of the food. Usually the day of an event I have enough things to worry about—speakers, content, room set-up, etc., but not only does the Edible Crush team arrive early (!) they bring everything (main course, sides, desert, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.). They label everything--we often need to accommodate many food restrictions—vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, dairy free. There is always a substantial and absolutely delicious option for everyone. Our attendees go out of their way to remark that they have “never had such incredible food” and ask who the caterer is. People were so impressed, they’ve run out of business cards both times and I’ve responded to several emails afterwards with information about Edible Crush. As our events came to a close, Erin & Rob packaged up leftovers for us/attendees to take home (no food wasted!), and left no trace that they were ever there. It was a dream…from booking to end of day and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently used Edible Crush to cater an event I was running for my job, serving both a continental breakfast and a buffet lunch for more than 200 people. I have managed many large catered events, and this was an ideal experience. Erin was very responsive and helpful as we planned the event. Once I told her what we were looking for, she designed a creative menu that matched our needs perfectly. The food was scrumptious, and days later, people are still complimenting me on my choice of caterer for the event. On the day of the event, Erin and her staff did a wonderful job setting up the food and keeping everything moving. The presentation was lovely, every detail was covered, and everything was high quality. The prices were more than fair, especially given the level of quality, service, and attention to detail.

We had Edible Crush Custom Catering for our July 16th wedding. We decided on tapas/street food style for our evening reception. We also had a grazing table while guests had cocktails. There was plenty of food for everyone throughout the entire night. It was amazing! Let me just say that our friends and family are still raving about the food months later! Not only did the food taste amazing but it looked sooo beautiful as well. Erin, the owner, was professional and responsive. She and her staff took care of all the details so we didn't have to worry about anything. When having to make so many decisions planning a wedding it was refreshing when Erin offered different ideas and unique options to choose from. It helped us out a lot. Erin was awesome to work with for our small backyard wedding. She customized our menu from scratch, making additions and changes based on both my and my husband’s preferences and in order to fit our budget. She was also very accommodating providing many extras for our big day, making it less stressful for me as the bride. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the presentation of it was beautiful. My guests kept saying how good the food was both at the wedding and afterward! I plan to use her catering services when needed in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for amazing food at an affordable price!

Erin and Rob are fantastic. My siblings and I asked them to cater a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life at the Hollywood Theater in Gowanda. None of us live anywhere near Gowanda and we had not been in the theater in over 30 years. How was this going to work? Erin drove from Springville to Gowanda, met with the theater staff, and came up with a great layout for the reception. The food was fantastic and beautifully arranged; the guests loved it! Terrific food, beautiful arrangement, and great, responsive service--what more could you ask for?! We would definitely use them again!
