Winnebago motor homes set up an appointment within a few days of my call.
Nick, the technician, informed me completely what he was going to do to repair my van and kept me informed throughout the process. He completed the repair in a timely manner. Took photos and showed me exactly what he did. I am very happy with the results.

In '23 we purchased a Winnebago View here, a little dealing and a fair price. Then an awning recall in '24 had us going to the Winnebago factory in Forest River Iowa where they performed the recall. Upon getting home the awning did not work. Numerous calls with the Winnebago factory produced no results other then bring it back (not I'm not loosing another 3 days of my life). They said take it to dealership where we purchased it.

I did have some of the unit apart when I called Winn of Rockford. I spoke to one of their service Techs, Nicklas. This Tech is far more knowledgeable than any of the Winnebago factory "experts" I had spoken to. We traced the trouble in relatively short order and it worked. Some additional help needed with the Bluetooth controls and again short order to get it working.

I can't say enough positive about the service from this dealership. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to Wade at Winnebago Motor Homes for a super easy purchase of our new to us travel trailer. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions..some more than once. We've camped our whole lives but most recently our trailer sits on a seasonal site. We're soon to be snowbird travelers and had questions regarding towing which Wade answered for us. On delivery day he even helped us set up our braking system. We love our new trailer and would highly recommend Winnebago Motor Homes if you're considering a new or new to you camping unit. It was such a pleasure experiencing such kind and accommodating service..something not found very often in today's world.

2024 update:
I needed some major work done on the Itasca-Toyota micro-mini I bought from them, and they squeezed me in. They did a fantastic job, and kept me informed. THANK YOU ROCKFORD WINNEBAGO!!!

I bought a like-new RV on consignment here 19 years ago, and have always received excellent service at a fair price. You are always treated like a very important customer, whether you are in for a RV, service, parts, or "just looking". This dealership is a "must visit" when you are RV shopping.
Stopped in today, and they have three "parade cars" that someone traded in! Yes, they are for sale...imagine one on the rear luggage carrier of your rig!
