The Timberlodge at Arrowhead was absolutely amazing. The space is gorgeous and the food was absolutely delicious, we were getting compliments all night about how good dinner was. Our wedding coordinator was also beyond what we ever could have imagined! Kayla was incredibly organized and responsive, and did everything we ever asked and more to make our day special. She even put aside some of our hors d’oeurves for us to try because she knew we’d be mingling and taking photos during cocktail hour. She also always made sure we had a drink in hand and a smile on our faces. 11/10 recommend!

Upon arriving at the Timberlodge, we were extremely confused as to which building to go to as there were two weddings at the venue. The wedding party seemed very happy and that’s the most important thing! The rustic charm and interior of this building is absolutely beautiful. The acoustics inside along with the voice of the wedding coordinator made it extremely difficult for guests to hear what was happening during the reception. She did not speak clearly, her voice was muffled and she didn’t check to make sure all the guests heard her announcements. The charcuterie table looked like an art piece! The food was tasted good. I loved the champagne board that held the wine glasses. I saved my son his Caesar salad and bun as he was attending a meeting outside with his university and without asking, the servers discarded it. As long as the wedding party was happy that’s the main goal, but I thought you should hear this feedback.

The downfall is very obnoxious that the golfers are allowed to use our bathrooms and when I asked one walking through the venue if I could help him during my son's first look with his wife he said snotty UM I'm the general manager - Not Sorry Not thank you for having the wedding here JUST RUDE man with an attitude.

We got married at the Timberlodge this past weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time! The Timberlodge truly is the perfect winter wedding venue. They have an amazing indoor ceremony space, in a separate room than the reception - which was very important to us when choosing a venue. The food was outstanding and we got compliments from all of our guests, and they were very good at accommodating allergies. Our coordinator, Tanya, brought us drinks and checked on us all night. We truly just had to show up and enjoy the party!

The only negative about this venue was that you have to pay extra is you would like to use the bridal suite the morning of your wedding - with a charge of $100 per hour. We were actually willing to pay the extra fee, but even paying you can’t get in until 10:00 AM, which wasn’t early enough for my hair and makeup artist.

I really was hoping I would not have to write this review, but Arrowhead and associated management have really left me no choice.
First, I would say that it is an expensive venue but has a beautiful location and great buildings. The food was not the best but not terrible. The staff that worked with my wife and I were wonderful. Kayla was our "wedding coordinator" and she was lovely. It did feel like a very loose term for the wedding coordinator but during the event she was extremely attentive and helpful.
The reason for the one-star review is due to the venue itself and its management team. We had a Saturday, 2/15/25, wedding and there was a wedding there on Friday, the night before. Again, this is all to be expected given this is a golf course and wedding venue. During the winter, they would need to get as much business renting out the space. We had our concerns but again, this was on the pricier side of wedding venues, and you would expect that booking 2 nights in a row should not be a problem for them.
Oh, but we were wrong, and I have receipts for everything and gladly explain the details to anyone. The problem was with their plumbing.
Before our wedding event even started, their toilets backed up and for the remainder of the night, the venue smelled of sewage. This was about 130 people at the wedding. Pregnant women and handicap people were in attendance. Thank God we had hired buses to help people get back to the hotels safely. Our hired drivers were willing to transfer guests to the other venue to use their facilities.
This screwed up our bus schedule for the end of the night. Also, the venue did not put up any signs or directions on what to do if you had to use the restroom.
As we are in the middle of our wedding with family and friends from all over, what can we do? We rolled with it.
Here is where the sad truth of the company and management team comes into play. As a respected client, I reached out to Arrowhead and asked to speak with someone about how unsatisfied I was with the venue. I did not want to write a review until I gave the company a chance to make it right.
After reaching out via email, I was put in contact with the property manager (PM). This gentleman was really a piece of work. At no point in our conversations did he give me the respect of a valued customer. We had to pay for everything up front, which is probably why they don’t seem to care
The first conversation started out with the PM telling me that the venue had to get an emergency plumber out to the venue to fix the backed-up pipes and that he could bill my wife and I for that charge. I tried to explain to the property manager that I am an upset customer and would appreciate the company making it right. The PM claimed to be an ex-lawyer, which he liked to remind me of constantly throughout our conversation. During this conversation, I let the PM know that I was not seeking legal action and simply wanted to be compensated for the unsatisfactory product, which is the price of a new car. I told them that he could prevent bad reviews by giving us some money back. This sent the PM off. He began to threaten to sue me if I were to write a bad review.
We ended the conversation with the property manager, going to reach out to the owners to try and meet my request. Keep in mind my request would only hurt their margin a little, not at all make them lose money for the night. The property manager told me he would get back to me within the week. I took 3 more weeks to hear back. After reaching out multiple times, the PM told me their final low-ball offer but said I would have to sign an NDA. I would rather write an honest review so other customers can fully understand the company they are working with.

ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DON’T CARE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I would be concerned that they will continue to have plumbing issues.

I had my wedding here in October 2021, and I was blown away how Timberlodge went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! I had quite a bit of my own décor and they were fantastic at placing everything I wanted where I wanted it. They were very timely with answering all of our questions during the planning process, made sure to reach out to all of our various wedding vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page, and made sure the wedding went smoothly. They came up to us numerous times throughout the night to make sure we didn't want/need anything. I got a lot of compliments from the guests and highly recommend Timberlodge!

We had our wedding at the timberlodge on 10/19 this year and the day could not have gone better. Everything was better than I could have dreamed it to be and I am so grateful. The venue itself was beyond beautiful and my vision was able to come to life easily. The food was fantastic and we had so many compliments from all of our guests. We did hand passed hors d'oeuvers for cocktail hour and everyone loved them. We did the buffet with hand carved prime rib and that was a hit as well.
Our coordinator Tanya was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did she accommodate all of my crazy requests but she helped keep the day flowing so nicely. She helped take away so many nerves going into the day and I am very thankful for her help!
Overall, I wish I could relieve this day over and over again and I wouldn't change a thing. The timberlodge was the best venue and I am so happy we went with them for our special day.

Absolutely beautiful venue for a family wedding. The grounds, the building and food were all 5-Stars, highly recommend Timberlodge. Definitely has the WOW FACTOR!
