This place could definitely use some updating, just like most alleys in the area. This is definitely not the worst one. I do have to say, very friendly staff. Great place to bring children. Very large selection of house balls for kids to pick from. We had a good time and will be back.

We reserved two lanes for a party package for a kids birthday party on a SPECIFIC day. Came in the DAY OF the reservation and told them about the reservation. The guy working there looking at us confused and told us we are fully booked out. Then proceeds to ask us who could’ve reserved us the two lanes and I told the guy working that it was him who put us down with that specific day. Then he says we had you guys down for yesterday. How would he have known that if he hadn’t checked the calendar at all when we were there. THEN he checked his calendar and said he has us down for yesterday. We asked him how could this be since we confirmed with him with that specific day and he even ask us for our phone number. He says that they have misheard the date. Okay understandable but he didn’t give us any solutions and didn’t even call us to check with the day that “we” supposedly booked. We saw TWO lanes OPEN. They acted very disrespectful since they made it seem like it was our fault and not theirs. They didn’t even offer any solutions to this problem. We asked for a manager and then another employee working there claimed there wasn’t a manager working. We asked but there is a manager correct and he said yes but he claimed “I don’t know what you’re talking about” repeatedly. What an attitude they gave towards us. To make it even worse the employees who put us down claimed that we didn’t have to pay for the reservation until the day of the party. We took their word for it! A big mistake on our part but we were willing to pay for at least ONE lane but they said nope. They said they were fully booked even though there was TWO lanes open. What a horrible experience. Customer service: HORRIBLE.

I bowl on the Sunday Night Lousy Bowlers Rum Bucket League. The place is always clean. The pizza is great. The lanes are well oiled. The staff is nice and courteous and the bartender Tamika is outstanding

I visited Bowling Valley today with my two kids, and we had an absolute blast! After a fun game of bowling, my kids wanted to explore the arcade. As we walked in, the manager and staff were busy with some tasks, but the manager still took the time to notice us and offered my kids FREE toys and arcade cards! It truly made our day special. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the manager was AMAZING!
Their kindness and hospitality went above and beyond. We can't wait to come back again.

MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECIPT!!!!
I told the dude behind the counter that my girlfriend and I would need to rent shoes and would like to play two games on one lane together. I even tipped him 15% despite the fact that he couldn’t be bothered to swallow whatever he was eating before opening his mouth, thus showering us in spit and bits of food as he spoke. He asked if I needed a receipt and I said no. That was a mistake.
We finished our first game and I went up to the counter to ask him if he could start the second game. He told me “you only bought one game” I asked him if he was sure to which he responded “can I see your receipt?” I asked him if he remembered me saying I didn’t need one 15 minutes ago to which he responded “ well would you like to purchase another game?” Hell no!!!!
When I got home I checked the charge posted to my bank account and it was 25 bucks flat. Using the prices listed on their website and the fact the dude said I only paid for 1 game, I started doing some math.
4.75(2) + 5.75= 15.25 + 15% tip = 17.54.
The combined state and municipal taxes would have to be over 40% to total 25 dollars!! long story short, if you visit this place make sure you get a receipt or they may try and pull a fast one on you.

Food was reasonable and good. Place was still too small for a 24 team state Finals despite being quite large.... More bleachers are needed, and it would still be standing room only.

Great alley for a tourney with ample viewing areas. Nice staff & great lane conditions as we struck A LOT (real not 9s) in the no tap including my 300 to start (with Rocio Restrepo our pro that gm) & had 4 more gm2 til an 8 count, then, 4 more real for 1st 16👍
