This was a very fun place to bring my grandkids to blow off some steam and have some fun. The pizza is a standard pizza. No-frills Nothing special but good for kids. The crystal lake location was very clean and well run. I just wish it wasn't so expensive for my grandkids to play games 41 hour.

I haven't been to Chuck-E-Cheese in years and my children really enjoyed themselves. My granddaughter had her birthday here and it was really nice. The pizza was good but the salad was just ok. I like the new card idea so you don't have to lug around tokens and tickets as everything is done on the card that also has a wrist strap for kids.

Now food is rated low for my taste. This place caters to children and is probably quite adequate for them. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. The atmosphere is fine, again the purpose is for children. People seemed courteous. Great place to bring kids for a party, on a rainy day or just for distraction. Believe it or not some great coupon pricing options so take a look to figure out best price for your group.

Came here for a birthday party my coworker invited my daughter too. WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP IN TO THIS PLACE. The trampolines, we're a good idea BUT to put them next to a birthday party and have the restrooms on the other side with a slim walk through space was DUMB. Not to mention between the trampoline and birthday table they put a ticket blaster machine. Which staff will rudely ask guests to the birthday party at that table to move. I didn't catch her name but she was about 5'2" 160lbs latino with dark curly hair she wears down. She was FAR from polite even toward the parent who was trying to calm their child down and prevent them from having an episode (spectrum). Telling her they needed to move so the game ticket buster could be played. This literally took over two tables on that side, limiting the space for seating and moving for any party put at that party table. That meant that the only area of seating shared the walking space with the next party table. So only the kids who wanted to play the ticket buster game and their parents mattered in her eyes. The family with the child situation, myself an child, and another family ended up leaving early due to just that one employee (think it was about 6 kids and 4 adults). The mother mentioned to another parent she would do a review and the employee literally told her "good, go do that but you need to move now". Overhearing the employee say that prompted me to leave a review. The place is packed with limited room to move. It is full enough that I would say it is not handicap friendly in any manner past getting on the sidewalk. The cake apparently arrived late. Me and my daughter struggled to come to and from the table because of guests not with the birthday party, stopping in front of the party tables having conversations, etc. and not allowing guests to join their appropriate party. Suggest paying the extra few bucks and driving the extra 5 minutes and going to urban air. Have attended two other parties there this year (5yr and 11yr party)and never got an employee with bad attitude.

This location is always clean and the floor layout is spacious. I like that I can see both of my kids if they split up playing games without having to follow them closely. The employees are very helpful and friendly, and the game repair mechanics are always kind and leave any tickets after they fix/test the games. My kids love the unlimited play cards / wrist bands and enjoy running around and finding extra credits on games or abandoned tickets. The pizza is not great, but it is better than I remember it as a kid. Our girls love Chuck E. Cheese!

Me and my family went today hoping to have a good time. The pizza was good but the drinks were disgusting, the lemonade and tea, tasted horrible. Half the games there were not working, with error codes or just not working in general. At the end once we looked at all our points after playing for an hour, my younger cousin got almost no points even though we know for a fact she got more, she only got 56. We nicely asked about it and the staff member just kept repeating how many points she got instead of trying to help out. We then asked another person which led to another person. The 3rd person was helpful but still wasn’t very understanding. We’ve been going here for a while now and over time I can see the place slowly losing its fun and positive atmosphere. Overall very disappointing, especially with how much we spent and the way we were treated.

We attended a birthday party at this location on 12/7, and were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and atmosphere. Props to the young male employee who constantly checked in on us, and also looked like he actually enjoyed his job, or at least was great with all of the chaotic kids.

We ate before going here. 5 kids and 3 adults. Only got bracelets for the kids ages 4-9. Still cost about $150 with a coupon. So a little pricy. But everyone enjoyed and was a great way to get them out of the house with the cold weather. Was grateful we'd eaten at home. And going there around 1:30 was a great time slot. Things were really getting busy as we were leaving.
