Bed bugs cockroachs and mice mold and nothing ever got fixed the health department has came out but never checked in to see if they did what they was to do it's not a safe place to live I even had black and white and green mold in my room and the sealing was falling

Bad management , bugs, heat barely worked , paid for 2 bed studio charged extra then got one bed small room barely big enough for one person also has mice!

Checked into room. Place from outside looks alright. Got to the room and it smells like 5 cartoon of cigarettes have been smoked in there. Allergies does not allow me to be around smoke. So go back to desk to get refund. They tell there the so called manager will not be back for a month so they could not refund me even though they have a sign there starting you can get refunded within 20 minutes of check in. Definitely not a place to stay.

If you looking for the quintessential roach motel look no further.
Pretty sure the roaches are actually running the place,
Not clean at all, toilets
Is broke, and the tub doesn't drain.
Good luck sleeping, the idiots run a mock late into the night getting drunk an raising hell.
Yet the owner does nothing.
He's a lazy scammer that needs to be deported immediately.

I've got nothing bad to say about this place the people who work at this motel are some of the nicest people I've met. I mean the rooms could be cleaner and more up to date. But since I've stayed here for awhile I did my own cleaning in the room. But having to deal with the office people I'd say there the nicest I've found in a long time.

Paid $60 to stay a night- this place has a no refund policy. It’s sketchy as all heck. When my boyfriend and I walked into the room, the first thing we saw was a ball of someone’s HAIR. The pillows looked very dirty. All of the amenities were dirty. The cleanest thing in this room was probably the bar of soap that was pre-packaged. The room also smelled terrible. We stayed long enough for me to use the restroom and then left. We decided we were okay loosing $60 because we were NOT staying the night in that room. Oh, and the lock on the door didn’t work properly, so that’s another red flag. Do NOT get a room here.

Some stuff was really dirty and you have to clean it yourself because there is no maid, the walls aren't sound proof, stuff doesn't get fixed when it breaks or is already broken, I walk with a walk and I tripped a few times because of the uneven floor tile. I really think the rooms should be more handicapped accessable.

Best thing I did was get out of that dump of a motel!Getting something fixed was always an argument. My Mom's pipes kept leaking and he would always throw seals on them before he actually got someone to fix them and then had the audacity to blame my mom for the pest problem that his spay guy made worse. Now I'm paying less for an apartment that is in better condition.
