I know I wasn't planning a huge vacation, only needed airline tickets to Salt Lake City, but felt like I was bothering her. Another call came in that she had to take, but felt like she could have taken my number and called me back. This is the second time in 3 years that I've called there for flights and got the same treatment both times. Maybe you get better service if you are planning an expensive vacation, but I felt like my business wasn't important or maybe I just called both times on bad days, everyone has those. I would like to think I'd try as third time if the need presented itself, but I'm not sure I will. Disappointed because I really like to use local businesses.
