I was pleased how the lady (forgot to ask her name) was so kind and patient. Especially when we had to change a box to a smaller size and my kid was a bit loud and emotional. The office was big and great lighting, not like some agencies. Super easy and quick to get your package packed, sealed, and sent out. Definitely will be coming back with more packages to be sent out to Poland.

Great customer service, very professional and helpful staff. Women that works there are very nice and answered all questions I had about my package. What is the most important package was delivered quick and safe.

Also they sell there trips and are very helpful with providing all needed information about hotels, places etc.
