I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day.

The amenities were excellent, including a well-maintained fitness center and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Outstanding experience and stay. Check in with Janae, who was professional and friendly, was quick. She was able to provided me with my favorite room and Rozzie made sure everything was correct and to my liking. They both greeted me as an honorable member and made me feel very welcomed. My room which Yesenia made sure was immaculate and well stocked, was very spacious and comfortable. The next day, the breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of selections to choose from. Ailyn made sure my stay continued to be amazing. The housekeeping on my floor was very helpful with supplying me with any further necessities. The staff keeps the hotel clean, quiet and safe. I had a very relaxing two day stay and that was due to the hard, dedicated work of the staff. They make this a 5 star experience. It's why I keep coming back to my 2nd home.

This hotel is top notch but what really makes it 5 stars are the staff team. Especially Rosy, Ailyn and Manager Jesse, who made this stay very special. They greeted me with open arms and suprised me with gifts and wonderful greeting card and a sign on the door in my room favorite room, which they always provide me with. They always make me feel at home.

With the amazing customer service that I receive from the front desk staff ( Rosy, Ailyn, Janae, Chris, Phil and Aarya.) Who are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They make me feel like this is my 2nd home by ensuring that if available, I receive my favorite room and Yesenia from housekeeping, makes sure that room is very clean, well stocked with supplies and in working order. The staff keeps the hotel and parking lot clean and safe. It's a real pleasure to stay here.

As always the staff as well as the General Manager went out of their way to make my stay amazing and memorable by presenting me with welcome cards and gifts. That made me feel so special. They are a Unique staff. Without them that hotel would not be 5 stars.

Pool area is very small and no hot tub. Room was great except the toilet was almost on the floor! Breakfast was also very nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Check in quick and easy. Hotel was close to everything we needed within walking distance.

The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and "everything worked!" I especially enjoyed the coffee machine. Every cup is made to order with freshly ground coffee beans. Breakfast was very adequate with lots of different choices.
