Eve cut and coloured my hair today - she is the first hairdresser that has managed to give me the dream colour that I want! I know that sounds silly but she really listened to what I wanted, a proper pull up a chair consultation, not a quick chat and a 'one size fits all' approach as I've experienced in the past. Eve had a bit of work to do to get my colour sorted due to a bad experience at another hairdressers but it didn't take her long to turn my hair around and I love it. Having trained at Toni & Guy its obvious that they have a unique approach to customer service - really giving the customer what they want. She also offers an after service for tweaking as she wants 100% customer satisfaction. I would now not trust anyone else with my hair - she is a miracle worker and I love the quality products that she uses and the home care advice. 5 Stars all the way!
