I purchased a wedding dress here last March and was promised that my dress would be steamed at no extra cost. I rang back and Yvonne (who didn't even remember me) informed me that due to her being so busy I'd have to now pay €35 for that service. I spent €240 on two shoulder straps for my dress that I was originally told were €60 each (that's what the price tags said). At the time when I disputed this I was made out to be imagining things. On the day of my wedding the shoulder straps snapped in half and I had to search everywhere for a needle and thread when I should have been enjoying my day. Very disappointing service.

Unfortunately I have had a very upsetting experience with Yvonne at Eve’s Bridal. After buying my dress from her in December, I was told that I would get the veil for €120 (€100 off) if I came back in January to buy it. When I came back in January to buy it, she told me I must’ve heard her wrong and would not stand by the €100 discount. My bridesmaid and mother both heard her saying it but Yvonne insisted that we all heard her wrong. I left without purchasing.
I later found the piece of paper where she had written the name of the veil with the price agreed. I made a phone call to Yvonne to let her know that I found this, she still told me I was wrong. Upon sending the picture of the agreed price in her hand writing, I got no response. Very bad customer service.

The dresses were amazing and the help you were given on what you can add on or take of the wedding dress . You were made very welcome. You were also made to feel very special .
