This Dr deserves 5 stars. I've seen quite a few doctors for my kids due to moving around the country. But when we moved to IL we were very lucky to find this doctor! She can diagnose with 100% accuracy. She's caring to the kids, direct and informative to myself the parent. She spot on with her hunches and after test seeing that she was right is pretty amazing. I know my kids health is in the very best hands! And I actually made a mistake and decided to go to a different doctor for my kids cuz it was closer to our house. Big mistake I was right back to Dr Than apologizing to her and telling her I was never leaving again And my kids will be seeing her until we move. You can't find this good of doctor! And I was looking her up to make a doctor's appointment for my kid this morning and I saw under three stars in her review rating and I feel that is completely wrong. Not enough patients that love her has made reviews for her and that's sad. So I want to make a five-star review for her because she is a 5 star doctor

I guess I have to give one star to post this. She talked down to me as if I were an idiot. She practically accused me of using hard street drugs and insisted on a tox screen to renew my rx. I only chose her because my doctor left the practice. She definitely was the wrong choice! She should go to school to learn how to be personable because by the time I left, I'm sure my bp was way off the charts due to me feeling enraged by how she spoke to me. I paid for an argument that I didn't sign up for and for the drug screen that also came mostly out of my pocket because insurance in America sucks! I am still in shock by her lack of compassion and care. Not sure who se thinks she is, but I do know that she will not be seeing me again. Take my advice, find someone else!

Dr Than took the time to figure out all my supplements, figure out if it was safe for me to go off the medications and continue with the supplements. Her nurse was very kind and very thorough, went over all my information and was able to answer all my question. I have been searching for a Dr that will sit down and listen to my concerns and work with me to solve my health issues naturally if possible.

I came in with congregation and she said I needed a RSV text that was in her words" just like a COVID test" It was a noise swab that they charged my insurance $3,500 for and my part was $507. This procedure was misrepresented to me. When I was still sick 5 days later with no call about results I called to be seen again and she was too busy to see me before Christmas. I went to an other urgent care, was given medication and I was better in a week. My portion after insurance of that bill was $38. This is taking advantage of good insurance and is shameful.

Doctor Than strikes me as a genuinely educated and knowledgeable person. That's about it. During my time being seen by her she was never very kind. She has a special way of making you feel stupid for having a concern over your own body. She talks down to you as if she is above you. Her attitude really does make it uncomfortable to be around her. As her patient I just put this all beside me because at the end of the day it doesn't really matter. Somewhat recently I was hospitalized with asthma complications (something I've suffered with my whole life). After treatment at the hospital I reached out to aquire a refill of the nebules for my nebulizer I would need to keep treating myself as I always have. Dr. Than's team response was that I needed to come in for an evaluation. I don't know about you but I am not made of money. Coming in for an appointment to confirm the continued suffering of asthma sounded like a waste of money to me. I had responded saying so. I suppose my blunt tone is something her and her team cannot handle. Today I received a letter from Dr. Than stating that my "abuse" towards her team is the reason she would no longer be my primary care physician. Honestly, all I could do is laugh. Her nasty attitude is something I truly won't miss. And for this, I'll leave her a very honest review. If you have an opinion that you would like to express to your doctor- don't choose Dr. Than

Dr Than is one of the best doctors that has cared for me. She is very conscientious, polite, and professional. She listens to her patients and provides the best care. I love the way she runs her office. She is a part of a very efficient team! If you are looking for an excellent doctor, please do not hesitate to contact her office!

When she first started she was great. Then she became impersonal and even critical. Her harsh comments to me have made me almost scared to approach other medical professionals and honestly verge on malpractice. I’m struggling to continue seeking medical care after her verbal abuse.

This whole hospitals hospitality is TERRIBLE. You’d think since your feeling ill or hurt and in pain they care.. nope not at all no sympathy for the patients that walk thru these doors rather it’s for Immediate care or to see the actual doctor herself which she seemed so annoyed I had came back to see her still having some symptoms!!! She just pushed me out the door and prescribed me more stuff! Was not happy with her, as for her receptionist she was very nice that’s it. But I would never recommend coming here even if your on your last limb!! Even the doctor in the Immediate care was very rushed and prescribed me the wrong meds. GET IT TOGETHER
