I was at Fair Oaks for several weeks after major surgery. The staff were warm and friendly and gave me the good care I needed. The PT and OT were very motivating and gave me confidence that I would do well when I got home.

Our 102 year old father came to Fair Oaks after he'd fallen, broken his femur. We experienced patience, care, and expertise throughout our stay. It was such a confusing time for all but the staff always took time to answer our many questions and address our worries. Nurses, nursing assistants, and especially the PTs were tender, knowledgeable....and sometimes provided us all with much needed laughs. Congratulations to all of you who make Fair Oaks such a positive place in such a hard time. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

Mom was treated at Fair Oaks for 2 weeks following 2 weeks in the hospital. Mom received the absolute kindest care with expertise tailored to her needs in speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, and medical. We were reassured through the staff of Mom’s status as she worked to gain strength to come home. We highly recommend Fair Oaks.

My husband spent 4 weeks at Fair Oaks after a heart attack and quintuple bypass surgery. We can't say enough about the wonderful, caring, thoughtful staff. EVERYONE we encountered from Administration, Nursing, CNA's and PT/OT staff were amazing! The attention and dedication shown to my husband is what helped him get back on his feet and back home! Special 'thank you' to Yese, Rosie, Emily, Laura, Ramon, Brittany and Steve and Joseph (Nurse Practitioner). Not a day passed without encouragement and praise. Last but not least, my husband said the food was also VERY good!

My mother lived at Fair Oaks for two and a half years. She received wonderful care throughout that time which included the pandemic. The caring commitment of the staff made all the difference for her and for our family. Many of her caretakers were with her the entire time she lived there.

I was recently vacationing in Crystal Lake, IL when I ruptured my patella tendon. After surgery, I was transferred to Fair Oaks Rehabilitation Center for rehabilitation. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the care I was given.
This facility is simply outstanding. The physical therapy department is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and focused on getting the patient back to health. The entire staff is very positive and caring. The nursing staff, CNA’s as well as dietary appear to love working at Fair Oaks and it is reflected in the rapport they develop with their patients.
No one wants to get hurt while away from home. However, if you do and you are in the Crystal Lake area, I’d highly suggest you rehab at Fair Oaks Rehabilitation Center. They reach out to take your hand to help, and also touch your heart at the same time.

My Mom came to Fair Oaks Healthcare Center for rehabilitation after falling ill with various health conditions. The staff worked diligently with Mom; from the admissions, nurses, physical therapy, occupationall therapy, speech therapy, housekeeping, dietary, social worker and many others who encountered with her. I truly appreciate all the staff who helped and encouraged my Mom healing process. She is doing better comparison of when she first was admitted. My Mom and myself cannot thank you enough.
