My husband and I got married at the end of August 2024 and are incredibly grateful to the Amelia Cole team for making our wedding weekend as perfect as it was. We first reached out to AC in Spring 2023, shortly after choosing our date and securing our venues—Old St. Pat's for the ceremony and The Old Post Office for the reception.

While we had researched other key vendors (Gerber Scarpelli for photography, Beyond Catering, Erin Victoria Design Collective, and Gold Coast Events | Lakeshore Encores for music), we knew we needed expert coordination to bring it all together.

From our first call with Regina, we felt confident we were in good hands. She asked thoughtful questions to understand our vision and provided a proposal that clearly outlined the scope of their services. After we moved forward, Taylor became our main point of contact and was an absolute dream to work with from Day One. It was a fun bonus she's an equally big fan of Dermot Kennedy, the artist of our First Dance song 🙂 Despite only communicating virtually at first, we connected even stronger while meeting in-person at a walkthrough.

Taylor’s expert insights and dedication to ensuring our vision came to life were invaluable. She built and continued to refine a detailed timeline that became critical to the day’s success. By the wedding week, we were in constant communication, and her quick responses with reassurance of every thought that came to our minds put us at ease so we could be free of much stress!

We used this service month of and it took almost all the stress away from the wedding process and we could really enjoy the moments.
