I have never had to rent from Ralph’s Rental but I have been taking my riding lawn mower to them for the past several years for my yearly maintenance. They are great people to work with. They have always treated me fairly and have gotten my mower in in a timely manner and have gotten it back to me as soon as possible.

Can’t say enough positives about my first experience with Ralph’s this weekend with renting a kaboda tractor with mower attachment. From the first email with call back next day with inquired about cost and availability to booking and then drop off, all was professional . Employee who dropped machine off was polite and explained very well how machine works . I will no doubt use again and I used to be a 5 year renter at another place in crystal lake , but rude employees made me switch and I’m very happy . Will be renting a stump grinder in next few weeks and look forward to future business with Ralph’s .

I had a great experience at Ralph's from reserving the equipment to drop off. The crew is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me hook up the equipment to my truck, ran through basic operations and gave clear instructions on how to return the equipment.
