I am editing my review because although i had a terrible first experience, and my girlfriend's car was almost destroyed. Kyle at this location made good on the oil change that was promised for my car. I got a good assurance that my negative experience and review was an opportunity to improve and strive to deliver quality services. I was assured that all the fluids were checked. I was happy and satisfied that attention was paid to detail, and the new oil stayed in the engine, which was an improvement from the last time! Thanks again

Great Service and Friendly Staff!
I had a great experience ! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

Amazing and nice staff. Super fast service and the team there right before closing were so kind. First time going to get an oil change outside the dealership and to be honest i preferred it much more. That I will continue to do my oil changes here. I did a walk in and felt like I got well taken care off. I don't think I was there longer than 30 minutes and they did a whole inspection and politely let me know about recommendations. Thank you!

If you have high expectations and are looking for first class service then this is the place for you. Professionalism, hospitality, reliability, and personable are how you can describe this gem on the corner of Harlem and Southwest highway! I unequivocally recommend one of the only places that is not trying to upsell you on your vehicle. I have never ever experienced at an oil change place the amount of dignity and respect they have for their customers!

Together the manager and assistant manager work to create an unbelievable environment and climate in this facility! Best jiffy lube in the country!

I have been I'm coming for the last I want to say 3 to 5 oil changes I had and I've always had a good experience but yesterday I did not have a good experience I was the only person there but yet I got rushed they did my oil change and change my windshield wipers and then just told me the total without even really informed me of what they did to my car I had headlights that needed replaced I could tell he was frustrated when I asked them and then he said we don't have them I asked if my filters were checked I got another lazy attitude about it like they did not want to do it so I said never mind as he was ringing me up one car came the car pulled in a different spot and the guy that was checking me out decided to just yell at his staff like they were children like I said I've been here other times and I always had a good experience and they've always informed me of things they were doing yesterday I went there around 1:00 p.m. and like I said I was the only person there until they were checking me out one other person I usually go later when I get out of work I don't know if the time changes different people but if I were to go back there I definitely would leave if the same people are going to work on my car...... and I always leave a review and this is the first time I left one star even though it should have been zero I usually leave five star I hope the employees that I gave the five stars to are still working there because they are awesome workers!!!

My mother stopped by for an oil change and asked for me to leave the guys here a good review. She said that the gentlemen were very patient with her and explained everything thoroughly. They also gave her a senior discount and a guy named Deontay cleaned her battery for free. Thank you guys for assisting my mother with care, I will definitely recommend this location to others.
