This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They promised 2 weeks for garments in hand, it was 3 days.
They promised same day alterations, they were next.
They got ALL but 2 of my suit rentals wrong in one way or another, and wasted so much of my time during the week of the wedding.

When asked for a refund for the damaged garments and hassle, they started at 1 refund, told me 2, and refunded JUST SHY of 1 full suit without telling me or acknowledging their mistake (again)

Do yourself a favor, save the headache and 4 trips to the suit place to cover their mistakes. Ted and Andrew are the worst people you could give your business to in the Stow area. They will keep every penny no matter the circumstances and you as the customer will always be wrong no matter how hard THEY drop the ball

Every single aspect of our work trip that this company touched was an unmitigated disaster. Excessively long layovers when they could’ve been short, and excessively short layovers when it could cause us to miss international flights. There was absolutely NOTHING about this that was smart, affordable or comfortable. Rancid horrid experience.
