Such a great vibe and lovely space to be in. Love the history of the place too.

Someone I really rate the taste of had raved about the quality of cocktails. Personally, I was a bit disappointed. My mezcal margarita was a bit under par. She was too sweet to complain tho.

Had a sparking red wine for the first time here. It was positively delicious - and my friend who works in a wine shop was super impressed.
Vibes were immaculate, with eclectic music and rare books ?

Nice to see good old legal tender respected in this corrupt cashless cesspit of a city.

-1 star for the name sounding silly, much stronger branding when it was just peste, no one is ever going to say this silly long name, come on.

-1 star for no orange wine, we all know who is drinking here, itโ€™s the natty wine crowd

We loved the look and feel of this place, and the attention to detail on the tables and decor was fantastic. It was just let down with the music in there. The bar itself is so cosy and tasteful, but the music was a very odd mix of noise and it was too loud to just be background music. Occasionally some nice jazz came on which suited the place more. The night was fairly quiet too and we felt at those times, table service should be offered the match the ambience of the place. We we're also astounded that there was no gin available!
We will visit again, for the cocktails and feel of the place, but I'm hoping the music would be more background music, than noisy-arty sounds.

This was a wonderful experience for myself and my family. Great atmosphere fantastic staff (funny funny funny I love you girls!) Music hand picked from the in-house vinyl collection (Super cool library) Delicious wine. The thing though, what sets it apart from all comers was its absolute charm and wonderful nostalgia trip. It reminded me very much of the Legendary Tommy Ducks and its amazing display of knickers on its ceiling. Nothing quite like it here but I feel it happening... Of course it would be wise to perhaps include the boys - underwear has come a long way since the 70's. Loved it. I'm going back people!
