We went on the jeep tour to the overlook spot and the ghost town. Our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He did a great job. However, we were disappointed that we didn't even get to ride in a jeep. We took a van because two additional people were booked with us and made the size too big. Also if you are expecting a Backcountry jeep ride, this is not it. It's a pretty easy (though a little bumpy in spots) ride up and short optional hike but nothing too adventurous. The ghost town is cool but open to the public so you can get there without the tour just hard to find. The website is also not connected right in Google and I had to find a different way to access the website to book. Never got a confirmation email so was worried it wasn't legit. The champagne at the top was a nice touch though.
