I’m from MN and Zion was able to order a difficult to find bike rack for me and send it my way. When I encountered an issue they were incredibly helpful and provided lots of helpful information. Even though I’ve never been to the shop - I’d definitely recommend them as upstanding bike enthusiasts!

These guys were fantastic to work with. We shipped our bikes out here for a week trip and they went above and beyond in both accommodating our needs, doing on the fly repairs of our bikes, and just being nice and providing awesome trail beta. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Just got my cannondale caadx back from a yearly tune up. She sure cleaned up nicely! The guys here at zion cyclery always take care of me. This time was no different. Been coming here since i was like 12yrs old! Highly recommend them for service or even a new or used bike purchase. They usually keep used bikes in the basement for resale. Check them out you wont be dissapointed.

I'm new to cycling and Zion Cyclery came highly recommended and for good reason. Their service department is stellar. First off, no one treated me like I was stupid for my ignorance, which was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was always super helpful answering my questions in detail and even did their best to find 13 wide cycling shoes for me.

I brought in a used bicycle that had some very mismatched parts for a tune-up and new cassette. The mechanics were in contact with me every step of the way, informing me of issues, presenting me with options, letting me know when part shipments were expected and completing the work quickly and doing an awesome job. It rides so much better now!

Nikko, the Sales Manager, does incredible work. He did my bike fit with me and I couldn't be happier. He made sure to ask what bike fit problems I was having and focused on them. Now I feel like I'm riding in a comfortably in a pocket instead of riding on top of my bike. Even more, they want you to follow up on your fit to make sure it continues to work for you.

I will definitely be going back to Zion Cyclery.

I'm a newcomer to Zion; only lived here for 28 years. By local standards, that's not long. But, I've been a customer of theirs the whole time. We bought the girls their first little bicycles there and later on we bought them larger bikes. We bought ourselves a couple of traditional bikes, then a recumbent exercise bike for indoors. Later on, we bought two recumbent bikes and we've owned them for years. There's a good reason why we've purchased at least eight bicycles from them and an exercise bike; quality work, done for reasonable prices, by friendly people, that really know their stuff! If you're a biking enthusiast you'll like Zion Cyclery.
