Love this pub. Staff are always really friendly. We only pop in now and then. It seems like a regulars pub but still everyone is super friendly. A little outside area that has a large TV, also dog friendly. The drinks are refreshing and good so you know the lines are regularly cleaned and the pub is very clean.

A busy pub late on a very cold Saturday afternoon with screens showing sports. Reasonable selection of (expensive compared with other bars in the area) beers. Had a pint of Neck Oil and it was good, well kept and served in a branded glass. People behind the bar were efficient and friendly. Obviously a locals pub with people watching the sports, reading a book or just chatting while having a beer or cocktail. The Christmas decorations were already up (midway through November, but they looked good and a retro 70s/80s soundtrack added to the atmosphere. I suspect this would be a fairly lively place in the evening as DJ sets were advertised. Toilets ok, everything worked and was clean.
Will definitely return if we're in the area.

Take a left out of Rotherhithe overground and a short walk will bring you to a corner pub The Brunel. It's a cracking local and well worth a visit. The Guinness was decent, the barman was on the ball and managed to keep everyone served, the playlist was brilliant and there is a great mix of people in there.

Absolutely love this pub, the staff (Pete Omar and Wayne my favs) plus the girls are brilliant, it’s something for everyone, with the best atmosphere.
Got a lovely outdoors area, which is great in the summer or winter.
I really can’t big this pub up any more, definitely a place to go any day/night of the week. But definitely weekends (music/disco and Sunday pub quiz) and Thursdays always something going on.
This place is so friendly, with no matter who you are where you’re from, if you identify as a dog, cat or cow you will be welcome with open arms.

A gem of a pub in Rotherhithe. I hope Isambard was indeed a regular! A very comfy place for a beer. Screens showing sport, a lovely garden, complete with a selection of beach huts. Screen in the garden too! Great place for a beer

I first moved to Rotherhithe about 3 years ago, I've been to pretty much all the pubs in the area but this one is my favourite. I knew from the moment I walked in this was going to be my local. I've brought friends here, and they love it too. Special mention goes out to Wayne.
