Juan was a great driver. He showed up slightly before the requested time which is perfect. I received a text confirmation the day before and got a text when he arrived. The vehicle was nice and clean. He was professional and kind and it was enjoyable speaking with him. He drove well and the trip to the airport was smooth and easy. The website was easy to use as well and shows my booked reservation details which is helpful.

One day I woke up in a rush to work only to realize that my car wouldn't start😔😔 I was lucky to stumble upon this local taxi business. I called the first number Google pulled up for me and I couldn't have been more happy. He was extremely reliable, friendly, and quick, but cautious. An extremely safe driver and I will definitely be calling more often! I'm very pleased with this service!

This private transportation service is EXCEPTIONAL. They are professional, reliable, and punctual. I am impressed with their communication skills. They have transported me to/from the airport 4x. Most recently, I had to change my travel plans and needed them to pick me up much earlier than planned at the last minute. They quickly accommodated me. Someone always picks up when you call. LOVE AmeriCar Shuttle!!!!

Absolutely horrendous company with poor customer service and i would give them ZERO stars if i could - i had to call them the day before my scheduled pickup to confirm my trip to the airport for family vacation.

They told me the driver would be at my house at the pickup time. The day of my trip the driver text me 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time to tell me he cant take me anymore and that i need to find an alternative way to airport for a family of 7.

This company is UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Drive yourself or find another reliable way to get to your destination.
