We love making our Disney vacation plans through Allison Spruill, through Magical Vacation Planner! We have worked with Allison since 2015 when I booked our first ever Disney trip! She was super helpful, communicative and timely in response as well. We have done plans for far out and recently even booked a vacation under a 40 day mark before the vacation! Allison is always so very helpful. We have referred her to multiple friends as well! We couldn’t be happier using her services to plan our vacations. I highly recommended!

If you want a fabulous experience with a cruise or an other kind of adventure, I recommend Suzanne as your travel agent. We have been on multiple cruises and have just booked a National Parks trip with Suzanne. She is always on top of things and ready to answer any questions. Two years ago I was referred to Allison Spruill by a very good friend of mine. She has booked many cruises and hotel stays for us! No matter what I have requested she has come through over and over again! Her customer service to me feels like I am her only client (which I know I am not). She has helped me with last minute requests several times (my husband is a big procrastinator). I do not normally leave reviews, but I feel like I owe it to other families so they are not left in our situation. This was our first time using a vacation planner. Myra was really attentive at first but as time went on she would not answer my questions or respond and had several excuses as to why she could not respond. I also emailed the company itself twice with no response. She left my family and I to finish planning and make reservations. This was just so disappointing. The only area where she was consistently responsive and timely was when it came time to charge our credit card. Please think twice before using this company.
