Every time we stay here, we are thoroughly pleased. Rooms are nice but nothing out of the ordinary. They do have a fridge and coffee maker and are clean. Very nice building with a good restaurant and pool. We come to the Ft Wayne dance for all each year here and have a wonderful time. Great service from the staff here, too. Never had an issue. Also love the architectural views.

Just dropped in here on the way back to the parking garage. Really enjoyed the architecture of the building. It was flowing and very stunning. There is a waterfall fountain out front. Plenty of space with comfortable seating.

February 9, 2024 , I was harassed, racially profiled, and followed by an officer / security guard by the name of John, whom was already staffed for an event taking place inside of one of the suites, on the ground level in the convention center. While walking through, I was followed by John, into the Hilton hotel part of the building ( I had an actual reservation and was due to check into, that evening) just to be told that he mistook me for a lady he gave money to. Okay fine, no problem! Once he confirmed that I wasn't who he thought I was, he then proceeded to ask if I had any business there in the hotel, to which I confirm to him, which I didn't have to! He left and then RETURNED with Bob Trimble, demanding that I leave. So unprofessional! Please staff police officers with actual intellect, for your events in the future!

I went here for the Knights of Columbus state convention. The Grand Wayne Center met our needs for everything. The food service was probably 4 star. The food was superb for a convention center. The rooms were ready and available for the all the different events. This is a superb location with great hotel access for any convention.

I went here for the Fort Wayne 2023 Homeless Veterans Stand down, and I enjoyed it. My son and I got free haircuts, a free hot meal, as well as took home snacks and other things from the fair

Arguably the best location we've had for our annual convention. The center has a very modern appearance and is centrally located among the city with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby. All of the facilities were clean and well stocked and had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very responsive to all of our requests and did their best to accommodate all of our needs.

Two hotels are connected to the center by a skyway system. Dozens of restaurants are nearby including several late night options. The conservatory botanical garden is across the street, and baseball field is one block away. We hope to return to this city in the future.

We attended a cheer competition here and it was nice to have a parking garage attached to the building via a skywalk.
