Ron asked me to expedite a delivery service to him for a roofing job and was going to pay for it upon delivery and by the time we got there he decided he didn’t need it anymore and refused to pay delivery fees. This is something you expect from a low life, low-income person who doesn’t have any organization skills. Highly recommend you stay away. Apparently verbal agreements don’t work with him so make sure you build a wall of contracts to protect yourself before doing business with him.
