Susan Eve were excellent, before we even instructed them. We got 3 valuations, they suggested the highest valuation and I was dubious and asked them to explain why the property was worth their suggestion. They explained really well and they were right, we sold to the first viewer, so glad I didn’t listen to the other agents. I also have to say their communication was excellent and the took a superb set of photos that helped gain a lot of interest on Rightmove. Thank you Susan Eve and co.

What can we say.. really professional and knowledgeable. Always very approachable, friendly and courteous. Didn't matter who you spoke to on the team they all seemed to know the answer to your question - or found out and replied timeously. Our transaction also took some time - nearly 2 years due to various problems - but they supported and encouraged us throughout.
