We stayed here one night recently for a friends funeral. The manager was plesant and attentive. The room was clean. The halls smelled like cleaner to give the appearance of cleanliness. The best part was the free breakfast. I hate buffets where anyone handle food but this breakfast was served by an attendant. You told her what you wanted from the selections and she put the food onto your plate. she even asked if that was enough or if you wanted more. I loved that!

Rushank was very friendly and helpful during our check-in process. We had to make changes to our reservation and he accommodated this pleasantly. He made sure that we had a room that met our needs. Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was clean. And the beds were low which is so nice for older, shorter adults.||The complete breakfast was very good giving us a choice of waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently stayed with my two children at the Best Western Plus in Anderson Indiana, and this hotel was clean, pool was a good temperature, breakfasts were very good for a continental breakfast, but most of all the service was friendly and professional. My daughter left one of her most important stuffed animals in the bed and when I called to see if they had it, they took my number, sought it out, and called me back within 10 minutes to let me know they had it and would hold it for me to come pick it up. We stayed 2 nights without any issues. Views from the rooms aren’t amazing, but it’s Anderson.

This was a one night stay on our way south. Quick, polite check -in, using our BW points. The pool and hot tub looked very clean and nice but we didn't go in. We got a room on the lst floor close to the Lobby as requested. Room and bedding were clean and comfortable. Anya- the breakfast attendant was very friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Also close to the Casino if that is something that interests you.

The hotel was so clean! The staff was kind. Breakfast was wonderful & the kitchen staff gal (Melissa) was amazing with my daughter. The pool and hot tub is fantastic! The bed is extremely comfortable! Definitely worth staying here and will do it again!

This is a very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were amazing - so much I want to get them for my home! The hotel is pet-friendly at a reasonable price. Breakfast was a delicious hot buffet that they served to you from 7-10. The local casino does a shuttle pick up/drop off also! The hotel is close to the interstate and restaurants everywhere. The town is easy to drive to local shops and thrifting. I was very impressed with what I got for the price I paid! It is my go to hotel when I am in Anderson from now on!

The hotel has a lot to offer but fails in the most important parts. Our and our neighbors' bathroom light was not working due to the type of auto-off light switch. The button was missing in both rooms. My biggest concern is how the bathroom was properly cleaned without light. Luckily, I brought cleaning supplies with me for a different reason. I personally cleaned the bathroom myself to make sure it was cleaned properly. I made the complaint at 4 pm. It took until 10 am. the next day to replace the button on the light switch. ||This leads to the second issue. The light will turn off while showering. You have to wave your wet and soapy arm and hand outside of the curtain to get the light to turn back on. I feel the front desk tried to buy time for maintenance (owner/family). This all leads to me giving the hotel a 2/10 rating for room quality.||The breakfast is, for the most part, freshly made. The spread is good, but hotel chains of the great USA need to catch up to the natural & healthy spreads of Europe & Asia. How do we get a better breakfast from an old lady renting part of her house out to visitors in poor Albania than at a hotel in the USA? I would give their breakfast an 8/10 still. The staff is genuinely friendly and positive. The pool, work-out room, and exterior were great. Overall, the hotel is a 5/10 at best. With all said, I will never stay there again. My niece just moved to the Andersin area, and we will be visiting at least 4 times a year for at least 2 nights each time. This hotel was definitely a disappointment. After this review, the hotel will state their typical message of fixing the issue and yet do nothing. Ignore the empty promises!!!

The entire hotel is clean and looks like new. The room was cleaned daily during our 3 days stay and all items needed were replenished. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel the way staff was so friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool were so clean and enjoyable. Breakfast is served to you and made fresh.
