I’m so glad I found Eve’s yoga classes it was like a homecoming. I hadn’t done yoga in a while and Eve has such a positive energy and is so welcoming. She has a gentleness and her teaching is so clear and well planned and reflects such a knowledge of yoga and it’s benefits. I have absolutely loved her classes and would highly recommend them. ?‍♀️

I have never been to a yoga class before so I was quite nervous, however I was put at ease immediately by Eve’s gentle and welcoming manner. I was able to follow Eve’s direction easily throughout the class. She was very knowledgeable about injuries and told me about alternatives to ensure I didn’t strain any part of my body. By the end of the class I realised I haven’t felt that relaxed in years!

I also took my little boy to the parent and toddler class and we had a great time. Eve was so patient with him and got him interacting and doing lots of yoga poses. There is a theme every week and activities half way through which helped keep his attention. Such great skills to teach a little one so young.

I found Eve's class on Facebook and I sent her a message asking about information as I suffer from fibromyalgia and find exercise can be hard for me. Little did I know that I'd meet one of the nicest and enthusiastic people I know. Eve was so welcoming and explained that I was to take my time and stretch slowly ensuring not to overdo it. Through her encouragement and laughter I felt myself becoming stronger and I'm not just saying this but my lower back wasn't hurting as much as before. I will definitely miss Eve's class as she is moving on to an new adventure so I'm just going to say if she opens a new class near you go along as you'll be in safe experience hands.

Eve's classes are extremely welcoming, particularly due to her warm and calming nature. She is very knowledgeable in her teaching and makes you feel incredibly relaxed. I recommend Eve's classes to everyone, even if you have never tried yoga before.

I would highly recommend Eve's yoga classes. She is a very friendly and empathetic instructor who cares about her clients, and will help everyone with their individual needs. She has the knowledge, experience and ability to work with different ages and levels, including offering classes for parents and toddlers/families and younger children. She is also trained to work with children with special needs.
She aims to make her classes enjoyable and beneficial for physical and mental health. She is also a lovely person, and I can't speak highly enough of her!

What can l say an amazing class with an outstanding teacher. Eves classes take yoga to the next level. I have learned so much at her classes. She is such a lovely lady and this comes through in classes. They are such a safe and welcoming space.

I went along to Eve's yoga class after having not done yoga for many a year. I found Eve to be really warm and welcoming and knew her stuff. Apart from enjoying my 'me' time I'm also now sleeping better.

Had a wonderful morning at Eve’s yoga school. I was nervous to join the class at first but eve made me feel so at ease, especially being so out of practice! For anyone unsure of yoga or wondering how to start back after a break this is the perfect class.
