Today I came to the ER to find my 78 year old client sitting by the waiting room door in her night shirt. No blanket, no gown to cover her legs. No respect for the dignity of and older blind lady. Shameful treatment of a vulnerable individual. NO stars thank you! If you don't add one you can't post a review! Not really honest!

Shit as usual no checking in on Me barely did anything. They treated like I was a bother. They barely ask me any questions or cared enough to even keep my vital systems on . No blood work. I think this place got even worse then it was before I would never suggest anyone to come here ever again

Staff is very rude especially to the elderly I watched twice being there 2 patients unable to breathe staff rolling they're eyes somebody pulling up unable to breathe nobody helping her the younger nurses are very rude no patience for any of the anybody patients the staff will be cocky and get smart with the elderly yell at the elderly catch attitudes and tones and they leave the place disgusting gloves everywhere needles in places especially caps to ivs needles on beds floors under beds around trash cans is where a dirty needle was laying the constant of rushing and not being sanitary is ridiculous any other hospital I seen in my life are far much better with care and sanitary conditions then clearfield Penn Highlands and I've seen elderly get so much love and care from other hospitals than Penn highlands who is just flat out a disgusting place and I don't recommend taking your children to Penn Highlands if you can help it because ik people who have taken children in and didn't get right or correct care misdiagnosed or incomplete paper work very very very very disgusted with Penn highlands and more than once have I seen things laying all over things a mess not clean and such rude staff and all they do is talk sh** on the patients hover in hall ways talking standing around worried about Stanley cups instead of caring for the man i heard screaming for help more than once and the nurses after a while finally went to him yelling at him he couldn't breathe GOOD JOB PENN HIGHLANDS your a joke you should be proud of yourselves as a company 👏🏻👏🏻

P.S. they can't keep track of patients either they lose patients especially patients they shouldn't be losing. Because they pay attention to absolutely nothing they do not care here take your sickness else where like your life depends on it because I can assure you this place is a joke for a hospital and you read about deaths at Penn highlands more often than usual because they ignore patients and talk sh** on them stand around sit down on phones and its not hard for Penn highlands to monitor it look at they're own staff but they don't care because if they did anyone would be getting much better care plus and if you got a diagnosis from Penn highlands from personal experience go to another hospital because my daughter they told me was negative for RSV in 2024 after making us sit for hours with a screaming sick baby walking past talking and not giving a da** she within not even 24 of leaving Clearfield and then telling me she was negative for everything my daughter not even 24 hours ended up at a different hospital testing positive for rsv and admitted up stairs to children's and quarantined because her oxygen levels were also down and Clearfield didn't care

So my daughter went to the ER Thursday. I have been fighting with them for our school. Excuse and here, did Sunday now? They're saying that I'm a racism and that they gave it to my kid's dad and a vanilla folder. And I'm like no, you didn't, and she's like. Yes, because he's a regular here. And that's how we did it. And I said no, you didn't. I said I got to pay for work when I picked him up. I said there was no vanilla food or nothing. And the way to you sitting there, yelling at me, man, I think I know what I'm talking about. And now they're talking about press and charges on me for arrestment. Because I've been trying to get a excuse for my kid. This hospital is a joke

I have called 4 times to radiology to reschedule my mammogram and had to leave a message because no one answers their phone. After 2 weeks I have still not received a return call.

Staff was kind... but I came to the ER with difficulty breathing and was left completely alone before they had even finished taking my vitals. The doctor who arrived next said my vitals looked perfect, which leads me to question if they just jotted a number down because my BP was very high... they did not ask for a medication list and barely asked about medical history, but still gave me medication and prescribed meds to take home. The floors are caked with dirt. I've never seen a medical facility THIS dirty. They gave me a covid test and just left the wrapper on the floor along with needle caps from past patients. The xray tech (very kind person but made a potentially dangerous mistake) moved the biohazard container with their gloved hands and did not change gloves before trying to touch me. I can't emphasize enough how dirty it is here. The security guard was maskless and coughing, and I had to walk by him to get to my room. I really don't recommend coming here unless it is a true emergency with no other hospitals nearby.

Every time I come to this place I have a problem. Today we came in for a life or death emergency and it took them 3 hours to even just get us registered in the hospital as a patient. Now we're still just sitting here waiting. Worst hospital in the country. Disgusting place too. Nothing is clean. This place needs to be shut down.

The nurses are rude at times they set at the desk and talks among their self's when they could be helping patients and there could be more than one doctor there
