We just returned from a memorable trip to the Midriff Islands with the Roció Del Mar. The only aspect better than the diving was the fantastic crew. Each member embodied the kind, Mexican hospitality we find so charming.

The meals, prepared by Poncho with Manuel's assistance, was absolutely delicious. We'll be attempting to recreate the carrot ginger soup and the basil and lemon dessert.

The panga drivers, Pollo and Vaquero, kept us laughing and ensured we followed the "chicken double-check" so we didn't head for the dive site without each piece of essential gear.

Ernesto and Tigre ensured we reached our destinations safely and on-schedule without any issues.

Diego was an absolutely fantastic DM. He knew where to find the unique marine life at each dive site and tailored the dives to our skill level. Plus, it was a treat just interacting with his fun, energetic personality. Leo and Emilio were also wonderful DMs for the other groups, plus they were interactive, informative, and helpful to all guests.

Each member of the crew was sweet and smiling the entire trip. They truly operated like a team, bringing our gear back onboard after each dive, serving our meals, keeping the boat clean and tidy, and generally aiding in anything we could possibly need.

We highly recommend this operation and this crew for its professionalism and dedication to curating a memorable dive getaway. We're already considering planning our next trip with the Rocio del Mar in Socorro next year.
