Working with Alison at VIP vacations was amazing! She planned a once in a lifetime honeymoon for us to Tahiti and Bora Bora. She even met with me to review everything since I was overly stressed from planning a wedding. Everything went perfect from airport services to transfers to hotels. I also found the app helpful as well since it had the itinerary and confirmations all in one place. Can't wait to plan our next trip!

Working with Elizabeth Moran at VIP Vacations was a fabulous experience. She helped us plan our vacation to Paris and London. She made reservations, listened to our requests and helped by making suggestions of her own. It made our trip so special and also stress-free. I have a such a busy schedule, plus I don’t want to go through stress planning a trip. VIP Vacation Travel Agency are professionals, and Justin is absolutely wonderful. He knows everything so I don’t have to go through it and he helped me plan everything and saved me a lot of time and money. I appreciate that Justin took time to explain to me what to expect, answer all my questions and he was very patient because I am a little behind on technology. He booked single passes and multi passes for us for Disney a week before.He went online and picked the best rides for us and shared his experience . Also, He helped me reserved parking in New Jersey, and a bus from Orlando to Disney All Star Music hotel. Also, he helped me shop around airfare and booked the cheapest air fair for us. I saved a lot time and money because of Justin .Overall all the trip was very smooth with his help. I didn’t do anything other than pack my suitcase. I can’t thank him enough,VIP Vacation they care about there customers and I am very very satisfied with this vacation.

After getting engaged in October 2022 at Secrets, getting married at the same Dreams / Secrets only felt right. I reached out to VIP Vacations on 3/1/23 and by 3/21/23 our destination wedding was secured! The VIP team was responsive, easy to work with and extremely professional. Not only were they a great buffer between the resort and myself for booking the wedding, but they also took care of booking our guests stays, flights and answered any travel questions. Deciding to use VIP Vacations was the best decision we made during our wedding process. Ryan even went the extra mile to reach out while we were on vacation to assure everything was smooth (and so he could see our wedding!). I can’t recommend VIP enough and we will definitely use them for all our future vacations! Thank you for taking the travel stress off me so I could focus on the wedding!

I recently returned from a girlfriend trip to Paris and London which was memorable! Many thanks to Elizabeth Moran for helping us with so many of the details. She found us an amazing, reasonably priced and well located hotel in Paris! And, our excursions including a croissant making class in Paris and a small van day trip to the Cottswolds and Oxford were excellent.
Elizabeth was very responsive to our needs and answered all our questions promptly.
She provided us with an app that included our entire 12 day itinerary with links to tickets, etc which made everything easy peasy!

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience planning our Destination Wedding of 250 guests in Cancun with the help of the team at VIP Vacations. I have to give a special shout out to Jen who worked with me consistently to land our dream resort, and then huge shout out to Justin who worked tirelessly as the go-to point contact for every single one of our guests in booking their rooms and more. Even when we hit a pretty huge bump, Jen and Justin advocated for us as a couple and made sure things were handled so that we got what we asked for. Our wedding weekend was perfect, and our guests were really so happy with the resort and everything offered. Thank you VIP!!!!!

We reached out to VIP Vacations for assistance with planning our trip to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We worked with Alison and she was fantastic from start to finish. She answered all of our questions promptly, was super responsive and provided important and detailed insight about what to expect on our trip to Sandals Royal Barbados. Alison also booked our car service to and from JFK which was immensely helpful.

Alison D. was beyond excellent! She is very professional, friendly and was able to keep up with my A-type, hyper-detailed requests, and lengthy emails. She booked 11 hotels in 2 days for our Irish Honeymoon. Everything went seamlessly. There were no hiccups. I never want to book travel without her!
