Did a Sunday drive with my family. Googled places to eat near me. Good Jake’s popped up with good reviews. That was an understatement. The restaurant was cute. Prices are inexpensive for the quantity of food. The service was great. Maria was so sweet and gave a recommendation for the chicken Gyro and my husband loved it. A small business with a big outcome.

Good Jakes Restaurant is located on Main St. inside the Coopersburg Fire Department Club. They are open Tue - Thu 8AM - 9PM, Fri - Sat 8AM - 10PM, and Sun 8AM - 8PM.

I never heard of this place, but a friend recommended it to me. I’m glad he did because the food was good and the service was great.

GJ is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is similar to one you would see at a diner.

I ordered a cheesesteak and garlic Parmesan wings. The cheesesteak comes with American cheese, sauce, sautéed onions, and mayo. I typically don’t like my cheesesteaks with sauce or mayo, but this was good. The wings were crispy and heavily sauced. I’ve had better garlic Parmesan sauces, but once again, still good.

GJ has Indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available.

We've made a tradition of having breakfast in Coopersburg on Black Friday as we head north for our trees. Got tired of the crowds at the "other" local diner, so we searched Google and found Good Jakes. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, food was good. This may be our new go to up this way. 👌

I stopped in at GJ last night for dinner and had a great meal. Started out with a crock of french onion soup, which was recommended in a previous review, and I wasn't disappointed. I also received warm, homemade rolls - yum! I ordered the stuffed chicken, stuffed with real crabmeat, a rice pilaf and broccoli. All was excellent, except I had to take half of it home. I also got a choice of desser included with my meal too! Prices were reasonable and the service was great. I would definitely recommend Good Jakes to anyone.

I come to the firehouse a lot with my dad and order lunch. The food is always impressive and I always give my compliments to the chef. Dude really knows what he's doing!
