I had a very therapeutic 7-day Pancha Karma session with Dr. Shekhar Annambotla. During my stay at his Wellness Clinic the accommodations were very comfortable. I felt very nourished by the meals that were supplied, and the several treatment sessions where just what I needed to remain healthy. My intention is to schedule Pancha Karma yearly.
As I stated on my previous review on an earlier date:
I am very grateful to Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla. He has helped me tremendously with any symptoms and ailments that I have had. He has always been very available and attentive. I went to see Dr. Shakuar for a consultation and massage treatment. After reviewing my questionnaire and doing some diagnostic testing with me, he gave me a protocol of supplements and some small, doable actions I could start to improve my health and wellness. Dr. Shakuar feels like a friend - he asks you about your life and helps you figure out what is realistic for your lifestyle and encourages you without being condescending, which I really appreciate. The massage and steam treatment felt rejuvenating. I'm excited to see where this path takes me!

There was a period in my life when I was going through a very stressful situation in my life which had a negative impact on my health. As soon as I called Dr. Shekhar he was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and did the consultation. Immediately after the consultation he performed Shirodhara and svedana which helped me to alleviate some of my stress to an extent. Additionally, he put me on an ayurvedic prescription that helped me with issues related to my sleep and gut health as well. There is no doubt that Dr.Shekhar would be a good choice if you have a chronic health issue.
