The experience itself was bland , there's wasn't much to do. The rooms weren't any better; it stinked so bad as in old people (no offense). Some Tvs worked better than others. There were stains on the sofa and the main bed mattress was ripped up (supposedly they change the mattresses every 3-4 years). The service was also bad , we had checked in Saturday and we needed extra pillows including a mop but they wouldn't give it to us until Monday (except we never received anything for the whole week there.) Our netflix also got cut off and they wouldnt fix it. The pool was pretty decent even though it was hard to find. Also they claimed the pool water would be warm/ hot and if anything the water was cold. Not just the pool water was cold, but also the water where we stayed was . When we tried to take showers only one person could shower at a time and for less than 5 minutes , if any longer every one else had to take showers with FREEZING cold water unless they wanted to wait hours / the next day. The front door to our cabin would continuously lock on us which meant we had to use the back door to get inside. I don't know if it was the cold or just because the doors are old but they seriously need to fix it. Then the prices for the things if your needing extra stuff doesn't make sense to me at all, having to pay for soap to wash dishes .25 , paper towel is 1.00 , toilet paper is .75, and bags for the trash was either 25 cents for a large bag or 10 cents for a small. I know it's not a lot but putting a deposit in a place I already paid for shouldn't mean I have to pay more especially if those are needs. I personally wouldn't come back and I wouldn't want anyone to waste their points here or money on this resort. Only plus side was the reception lady , she was sweet and helpful with everything.

DO NOT BOOK WOLF RUN MANOR!!!! |We booked two nights here and after driving 2 hours we arrived and the area is beautiful. It’s in a KOA resort area and is breathtaking. ||We got down to our apartment/condo…. SCARY. Walked into the place and it was so outdated which isn’t an issue. The issue was the spider webs EVERYWHERE! Spiders crawling in the bathroom. Barely any lighting and they had a chain lock on the door… there was deep scratches all over the door near the chain lock. The bedrooms looked so creepy! ||The porch was nice but that’s about it. |My kids were scared to death. Said it looked like we were in a horror movie from the 60s. They wouldn’t even sit on the couch they were so scared and upset because I kept saying how nice our stay would be. We didn’t even bring our stuff in. Loaded the kids back into the car and went to the holiday inn. ||Save your money and just stay in a nice hotel!

The condo smelled like mold as soon as you walk in. The upstairs toilet was broken and had been leaking into the downstairs bathroom so long it created mold on the downstairs bathroom ceiling. The beds were all old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was filthy and it was impossible to get a hold of staff.

Unit smelled a little musty but it was very clean. The internet was great. The tvs were flat screened. It's an older place and with all the bad reviews I was hesitant to stay there. I'm glad I did. It has beautiful scenery. If you check in after hours you will have to know a code to get Into a box to get your keys. Make sure you call ahead of time because it is hard to reach them.

This was absolutely disgusting. The carpeting needs to be taken out, the place is musty, the bathrooms are beyond outdated. We had a water leak in the upstairs shower: called numerous times@ no one came. As petite as I am, I could barely fit into the downstairs shower.
Do not come here!! We are expected to take out the linens, trash, start the dishwasher, etc.

When checking in we were told to put down 150$ deposit when we weren’t told that when booking, and there was plenty of damages in the house so had to take pictures in order to get my deposit back, ALSO check out was 10am me and my husband packed our stuff up and head out to grab breakfast at 9am when we came back at 9:15 to eat the maid service was already there and ran through the house! BIG ISSUES.. What if my husband left to go get food and because they didn’t see a car there they walked in while I was showering or sleeping! Maid service should NOT be entering the houses until 10:01! We had over a half hour left in that house! that’s unacceptable and creepy and not safe or ok! I paid to be there till 10 not 9:15 so because there were there so early we couldn’t finish our bit of stay and eat breakfast at the house! Thank god I wasn’t there alone when a grown man welcomed himself in before check out but WHAT IF!? THIS IS WRONG!

We stayed at Wolf Manor for one week and were very pleased with the accommodation. Our back porch looked out onto woodland and deer were frequent visitors! The kitchen had everything you needed, mattresses were great and the WiFi was perfect. The complex was inside a gated community with gate security staff so it felt safe and secure at all times. We are seriously considering returning here again rather than look for a new area to explore.

We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday. Checking in and getting the keys to our townhouse went smoothly. Getting to the townhouse was a long drive.
The townhouse we were given was filthy. Crumbs on the furniture and under the cushions. The throw rugs had a great deal of debris under them as well as being just dirty. The bedrooms were on the lower level. In the large bedroom, mold was growing on the walls in 3 different places. The smaller bedroom had 2 beds. One bed was missing the top sheet. I found it under the pillow. The bathroom on that lower level smelled musty. The vacuum cannister was full, and it was put away without securing the cord. The broom and dustpan looked like it was just tossed in the closet. We had called 3 different departments and had to leave a message with them all. Front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Maintenance showed up early the next day and seen to our Roku problems. We asked the matanince guy, Jay, about the other things that concern housekeeping. He went to work on our behalf, and we were given another townhouse to stay at. The difference is like night and day.
No one should ever have to stay in a place where mold is growing. It isn't fit for human habitation.
Thank you, Jay, for stepping up and helping us. You're the best!
