Some places just make you feel at home and this is one of them! The new owners and management have really stepped up this place beyond what I could have imagined. The onsite manager is kind and attentive. We will stay here again, that’s for sure!

Do you want quiet and a solid night's sleep?
THIS is the place!
And the beds.....oh my gosh....best beds ever!!!
One level, no noise from upstairs or next door guests.
They actually space guest rooms apart for more privacy and quietness.
I absolutely love this place.
Wish I could hibernate for a week here.

The Owner was exceptional kind considerate thoughtful. The room was so clean. I love the atmosphere it has such a good vibe outside. |I feel safe and so convenient to everything. Every detail exceptional. The most accommodating place and kindest people, who make you feel like family. I love the beautiful skylines it sunset and a little fun time before Halloween.

This was a very welcome find while enjoying the beauty of the Goldwater Range, eliminating a needless hour drive back to Yuma. Room was adequate, if not well-loved. AC worked well, water pressure in the shower was also very nice. The courtyard was lovely, and they even have a bbq you can use if you like.

There was no shampoo in the room, and though I didn't ask at the front desk if they had any, I thought it would be a reasonable addition with the middle of the road price.

All in all, A nice "mom and pop" motel that I'll likely visit again when my travels bring me through the area.

We really liked this motel! It's cute, clean and comfortable. We like that it's family owned, the guy we spoke with was really nice. We were happy to avoid the Yuma motels and the other chain motel in town. The parking lot was safe and had space for our truck and trailer. Very fair price too.
We will stay here again!

Don't let the mostly dirt and stone parking lot and the fact that there are no on-site 24-hour personnel fool you. This is a pretty good motel. I was given the chance to inspect the room before completing the check-in process and I was impressed. Large and clean room. Everything in working order. High ceiling and white concrete block walls. Nothing really shabby here. There was an older style television but I was mildly surprised at getting a good wifi signal. Very comfortable beds. The motel is all non-smoking rooms so you didn't see any cigarette burns on the furniture. The room that I got didn't have a toaster oven or a coffee maker but it did have a microwave and mini-fridge. Not too sure there is a mention of a restaurant. There might have been one in the early days but not now. I felt secure with the deadbolt on the door and the smoke detector.

Nice little motel for our trip to visit my parents and honestly the best beds we slept in during our intire trip including Palm Springs. The sweet lady that ownes/manages the resort was a complete delight. Highly recommend this clean quaint motel.
