Location is great- downtown Scranton. Apts are nice size. Party room use on 1st floor included. My friend apt was on top floor,7th and overlooking the Times building lights. Hallway rugs I think need replacing. Otherwise great deal.

I've lived in the Hotel Jermyn Apartments for 4 years and I love it here! The neighbors are friendly, the building is kept clean and free of pests, and the management and staff are great. Jenni, the current manager, is wonderful. She has gone above and beyond to make the building a place the residents enjoy living. Every other Friday we have a pantry that brings in fresh foods for the residents, free of charge. She has also planned and hosted holiday events for everyone to enjoy. The other staff is great as well. The maintenance team is quick in responding to whatever issues may arise in the apartment. I highly recommend the Hotel Jermyn Apartments.

Affordable apartment, great staff. I came in with hardly anything. The manager and maintenance men surprised me with a sofa bed, dresser, dinette table with chairs and mattress. They went above and beyond!
