We have booked multiple bus tours with Thomas Tours and Travel. We have never been disappointed. They are well organized. The booking process is easy and they are always willing to help. The buses have been great. Our recent tour was to Atlantic City, NJ. The bus was clean, had cup holders, mesh seat pockets, trash bags, trash bag hooks and grab handles on the seat backs. The driver was excellent. The Tour Director was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the area. The Resorts hotel was very nice and our room was definitely a luxury room. The food in the hotel restaurants was delicious. The food comps that came with the trip could be used at a variety of places. We loved the trip!
We also have traveled with Thomas Tours on their Southern Charm bus trip, Gatlinburg, TN bus trip and a day trip to PA Elk area. All have been wonderful! We highly recommend Thomas Tours and Travel.

Keystone international club 7280 was traveling to Kosovo and Albania October2024 for a ten-day trip. Our group was from various places and yet Tomas Tours made our flight reservations, and everything went smoothly and was able to get us all there at the same time! We just came back from a bus trip to D/C. Such a great trip. Excellent staff!! Rachael our tour director and Rob our driver were so knowledgeable , personable , they made the trip perfect. Subject: Reflection on the Salem, MA Tour (Oct 14 - 18)

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a tour of Salem, MA, from October 14th to 18th, and it was a truly wonderful experience. This trip was a delightful surprise from my mother, and we both enjoyed every aspect of it.

Lori, our tour guide, was exceptional. She not only displayed a warm and engaging personality but also demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the tour. Her ability to maintain a fun atmosphere—particularly during the lengthy bus rides—was greatly appreciated. Lori expertly organized all aspects of our itinerary, including hotel accommodations, dining experiences, and sightseeing destinations, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Rob, our bus driver, also deserves commendation. He is an excellent driver, well-versed in the area, and navigated the bus with remarkable skill, even in heavy traffic. His contribution greatly enhanced our travel comfort.

I highly recommend Thomas Tours as an outstanding option for any future excursions. Rob and Lori would be my preferred team for guiding upcoming trips. The opportunity to explore the rich history and sights of Salem was incredible, but it was the camaraderie of our group that truly enriched the experience.

I encourage anyone looking for a memorable tour to consider Thomas Tours; you will not be disappointed.

We have taken many coach tours all over the world with very large touring companies, and decided to travel with Thomas, Tours & Travel on their Southern Charm Tour to Savannah, Charleston, and Charlotte.
We returned home today, and we are very pleased with the itinerary of the tour..
Our tour manager was absolutely wonderful. Lori was very patient and kind with each passenger. We appreciated her assistance and knowledge.
Our coach driver Darrel was superb. He was a courteous driver.
The planned excursions , and the free time we had was great. The included meals were a plus.
We are very impressed with this family owned tour company and we look forward to traveling with them again soon. Thank you 😊

My husband & I booked our honeymoon with Cali Jo at Thomas Tours as she was recommended by my aunt. The process to get booked was easy, simple, straightforward. About a week before we left Cali Jo called me with all the information we needed, I picked up our travel documents with important details highlighted - we were prepped and ready for our trip.

The morning of our trip our connecting flight was cancelled. It was 5am, we didn’t know what to do, it felt like our trip was over before it began; Cali Jo mentioned an emergency phone line we could call if anything happened so I rang the line and Lucia answered. She was so kind, understood our concern, and passed us to Michael who told us not to worry they would help us.

Our connecting flight was rescheduled to the following day making our trip shorter than expected. Knowing it was our honeymoon my husband and I decided that should our reservation not be able to be pushed by 1 day to account for the flight cancellation we would have to move our trip to a different week as we didn’t want to sacrifice any time being it was our honeymoon.

NOT TO WORRY! Cali Jo & Michael worked around the clock (on a Saturday) to ensure we were able to get on the flight, spend the same amount of time at our destination, and not feel any stress while they worked through the details. I’m still unsure how they were able to essentially push out our trip by one day not only flawlessly, but without us knowing really any of the details only that they “were working on it & would do everything they could”. And that they did! Our dream trip came true because of this team going above and beyond to make it happen for us in under 12 hours.

We will never be able to thank them enough for working non stop for us, staying open late to make sure they didn’t miss a call or email, for answering our calls with a listening & understanding ear, for not causing extra stress, and for making our honeymoon the best trip we have ever taken.

They are kind, compassionate, and caring. It’s evident that they find joy in making others dreams come true. Look no further for any travels needs, this is the place to book!

If you are looking for peace of mind and attention to detail for your next trip or vacation, Thomas Tours should be your first call.
The staff’s expertise and knowledge is great! My husband and I have done cruises with pre and post stays. Thomas Tours coordinates the details to a ‘T’ and takes a lot of the coordination off our hands with excellent customer service.
We have also booked bus tours for both my husband and I as well as for my parents who are in their 80’s.
Many thanks to the entire staff at Thomas Tours for putting the ‘calm’ back into traveling. 😊
