Our trip was a 2-day trip to see Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon. The only thing we did not see was Pennsylvania's Grand canyon. We were right there - 10 minutes away from the Overlook yet the driver and the tour guide refused to take us up to the Overlook. For some unfathomable reason it was not on their itineraries and they were sticking to their itinerary - it wasn't on their itineraries even though it was fully printed on the tourists itineraries for a day one activity, we showed them our printed iteneraries, and it was the main point of the trip! Instead they took us back to the hotel for 3 hours of downtime - which was unnecessary and boring. The afternoon was clear, sunny and we would have had a beautiful view on a lovely fall afternoon. Nope - the driver and guide were not budging. Back to the hotel.
After a number of complaints the next morning, they took us up having to drive an hour out of the way to go back up to the overlook early in the morning before the Mist had risen so we could see nothing and by doing so we missed out on time at the fabulous Tabor Museum in Williamsport.
I asked for a refund and again on that they did not budge - no refunds.
I for one will never travel with lenzner again if the main point of the trip which is advertised and clearly printed on itineraries isn't made an actual part of the trip - - unbelievable.

The Lenzner crew should get 100 stars!! When we had issues with one of our own motor coaches and got delayed, the Lenzner crew jumped in to help from the the first phone call! Their office staff, mechanics, and drivers were so helpful and got our group to where they needed to be and then even were able to finish the trip for us. We cannot say THANK YOU enough to each of you for what you did to assist last week and we will never forget it. From our motor coach crew to your crew, THANK YOU again for everything! You truly are the best!!

I took a trip with Lenzner and they have amazing trip package with free wifi, and toilets on the bus, plus I was allowed to eat and drink while enjoying the scenic route, meet new people, and see new places.

I traveled with Lenzer a number of years ago and I really enjoyed myself with my favorite cousin. We went to the Amish Country, as well as, shopping, saw the awesome Noah at Sights and Sounds theatre-really beautiful and one of my favorites. There we also had dinner with shoe-fly pie which was tremendously delicious. I will definitely go again and bring alot more money, and my sisters and their families.â¤ī¸â¤ī¸â¤ī¸â¤ī¸

We just got back from Ocean City and once again had a wonderful experience. We have traveled with them 4 times with great results each time. They are everything they say they are. The bus driver was amazing and very professional. Everything was taken care of. Will continue to travel with them in the future.

Rick picked up our group in Toledo Ohio on 3 April and took us to Morgantown West Virginia.
Rick was on time, the bus was immaculate, Rick has a great personality and got along very well with our staff. We had a couple of last minute changes that, as a motorcoach driver myself can be a nightmare...it didn't phase him at all.
Rick and Coach USA far exceeded our and my expectations by a long shot.

We were very disappointed with the service we received for transportation for our wedding. Catherine and her team were all very nice during the whole booking process but the day of our wedding the service was awful. I received a call from my guests after the shuttle was already late and had not received a call from the driver at all. They were supposed to call us if anything changed. He claimed that the bus had a problem with its air conditioning and that he did not realize this until he was halfway to the hotel and then had to turn around to get a different bus. Calling their emergency weekend line the person I talked to had no idea what was going on and could not help us. It was very frustrating to deal with this on our wedding day. The driver ended up being about a half an hour late picking up our guests for the reception meaning that our guests arrived to the reception over a half hour late. We had arranged a one hour cocktail hour and after getting there late most guests were unable to take full advantage of this time. We were very disappointed as we had paid for appetizers during this time that ended up not getting eaten because there was no one there. They never followed up with a call to apologize and I had to call them back to complain the following week. They said they would give us a tiny 10% refund, which was pretty insulting, and then they never even sent that to us. Very terrible customer service after the fact and bad service on the day of when it really mattered, so disappointed.

Edit: We finally received a check for the 10% refund.
