We have been tours leaders for more than thirty trips with White Star - they are GREAT!

The trips are well-planned and fun. We provide White Star with the locations we would like to visit and they are amazing in the selections of motels, restaurants and activities. One example is the Merry-Go-Round museum in Toledo, Ohio. We did not know it existed. Our travelers had many, many good comments about that stop. This is just ONE of the attractions White Star has provided and we can identify lots more. Add this to your next trip.

Our group has been in forty States with the guidance of White Star. It is obvious our travelers are pleased. Many have traveled with us time after time. They must enjoy being on the road.

I have done several trips with White Star. The company listens to you and will do a good job to accommodate you. Any problems I have had they have given them the utmost attention. I have only had one bad driver and he was with AT&T bus line.

We are on our bus trip with Wilma‘s Rovers here in Opryland. Our bus driver Liz is not only an excellent driver, but she also has a wonderful personality. The bus ride down here from North Carolina was smooth and effortless. I would recommend Liz and White Star Tours for our next journey!

Just returned from a 5 day trip to upper Michigan. All 46 travelers had a FANTASTIC time. Overnite stays were comfortable & relaxing. Kudos to our great driver-Shari for the safe & enjoyable ride. Just went on a wonderful bus trip with a senior group to Mackinac Island. Itinerary was great. The bus driver was the best I ever had. However the hotels we stayed in were not great. We stayed three days in Mackinac City. 48 seniors were expected to walk three blocks to another hotel for breakfast. Same breakfast for three days which was awful. Very upsetting and should be addressed!

TERRIBLE!! Driver got lost one day and we were on the bus for 15 hours. Then when we finally got to a hotel, it was a horrible one. Got home and got phone call from fellow traveler that they had bed bugs, not sure if they came from the bus or the fleabag hotel the last night. They called the group leader that was with us and she didn't seem concerned at all. I would NEVER advise anyone to travel with this company.

The “Pittsburgh Express” trip was excellent. But unfortunately our bus driver lacked much. Marty Never assisted anyone on or off the bus, often left the bus running with passengers on board and he was gone 5/10 minutes at a time. Always complained about having to park the bus so far away and walking, but the icing on the cake was when we arrived home he opened the compartment door for the luggage and all of us Seniors had to crawl into the luggage compartment to retrieve our bag(s) as he stood there. A couple of the elder ladies hit their heads on the door backing out . I have traveled with different bus Companies and this stuff has never happened. So in good conscience I can only give it 3 stars 😔
