We went on a boat tour on Saturday, October 26. It was chilly, but the sun was out and made for a beautiful day! Kurt was very informative and made us feel so comfortable! We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Fun, informative, and reasonably priced! We booked as a party of four, to enhance our day spent in Foxburg. Was able to request having the boat to ourselves and really appreciated that. The seats on the boat were pretty comfortable and the sun shade was a nice bonus! I definitely recommend Foxburg River Tours to locals and tourists alike.

Booked a 2 hour boat tour for my sister’s bachelorette party in Cook Forest and this was definitely one of the highlights of the weekend. Tour guide and captain are friendly, knowledgeable, and so down to earth. We were psyched to spot a bald eagle, wood ducks, and more, and to get to hear all about the history of this fascinating region (ask him about ghost stories!). Boat was equipped with lots of cozy blankets (perfect since it was quite chilly on the water) as well as binoculars for everyone. Captain allows food/drinks on the boat, so we were able to sip wine and snack while we listened. Honestly by the end of the tour we felt like locals—such a warm and inviting time. Totally recommend!
