First I’d like to point out 2 wonderful employees- Heidi in M Club and Lorna in housekeeping. Both went over and above to make our stay pleasant.||The handicapped room was comfortable and located down the hall toward the end. ||The cable was out for over one day. They didn’t give us any communication. I called the front desk to find out that it was the whole hotel, not just my room.||The M club for $25 per night was good for breakfast. It had the same food all 3 days that we were there: cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, bagels, bread and Danish. Heidi makes it extra special!! It’s super clean. ||The bed was comfortable. The TV was a nice size and the climate control worked well.

Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location for us in town for soccer. Cleanliness could be improved. We found a big clump of hair on my son's bed and more in the bathroom.

A little under my expectations for a Marriott. The rooms were okay, and the service was okay. Not bad, just okay.

The highlight was the food at the bar/restaurant downstairs. It was good food, and open until midnight every night with a full menu. It was a saving grace since there isn’t much close by.

Service was great, Clean, easy to get to from the airport. Renovated bathrooms with good water pressure. The staff was amazing and breakfast staff were attentive.
My only complaint was noise level as we were placed on a floor with a group of teenagers that were yelling in the hallways until 11pm but were quiet after.
We also had to climb the 11 flights because over 100 kids were waiting for the elevator which was taking forever. (My impatience but with large groups like that was frustrating)

Updated comfortable rooms. Good A/C with continuous running fan. Breakfast bar with made to order omelets. Full bar - with good lunch menu. All staff were great!!! Wait staff, Front Desk - excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

Great experience! The front desk was so great. They helped me with any request I had. The morning server was so friendly and sweet to talk to, a shame she is retiring and I won't see her next time I stay. The rooms were updated and beautiful!! Loved the place and will stay again soon!!

Pittsburgh Airport Marriott gets the job done for a reasonable price. Located within a 10 minutes drive from Pittsburgh’s airport and around 25 minutes driving from the city center. The room was clean and quiet. No special treatment for Bonvoy platinum plus members. I couldn’t secure an upgrade and the lounge was closed on the weekend. The service was just ok.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. My flight arrived at 10am, but my Airbnb wasn’t available until 4pm. The concierge kindly offered me a day pass, which was a huge help. The room was also spotless and very well-maintained. Would stay again 🙂
