Booked a cruise for June. The cruise was cancelled by Royal Carribean but I was not notified by Duane, the owner of this business. On April 20th I received a text from Royal Caribbean that my account had been credited $176, with no explanation. I immediately went to Cruise Deals 4 U office and Duane was not in but Rita was. She asked if I was there because of the cancellation. I told her I didn't know the cruise was cancelled. She then told me Duane was to call me as he received the information April 10th. She told me I would have to speak with him. I went back on Monday and there was a notice on the door that they had closed the office and would be doing business remotely now. I called the number and received a phone call back about 5 days later. I wanted to book a different trip as suggested and have called three times without a return call. I don't think I could trust this company again. I have also struggled with getting my full refund from Royal Caribbean as this was as a group. I was on hold for an hour and a half today.

Rita is amazing!!! We are a family of 7 (5 kids) and she was able to get us an awesome deal on 2 balconies w/ adjoining rooms!! The carnival horizon was a great ship for kids and adults alike! If you are looking for the best vacation experience do not hesitate. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like family when helping you plan your vacation!! DO NOT BOOK THRU THEM!!! DUANE IS A VERY RUDE TRAVEL AGENT!!! My sister originally booked thru them for her birthday, I tried to rebook my trip to change my payment due date and this man was the rudest travel agent I ever dealt with I would never recommend anyone to experience what I went thru and they're a third party I can call Apple vacations myself and do what he couldn't do!! Never again Duane should be fired!!

I wanted to surprise my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary, and of course I didn’t have a clue how to book a vacation, my wife always handled this stuff. I spoke with Pete and Dwayne and they put my mind at ease and I put my vacation in their hands. Well let me tell you Colette was so surprised that I did this by myself (wink wink) ahaha thanks guys, my cruise was awesome, I’ll never use anyone else ever again. The champagne in the cabin was a real treat thank you very very much we had a blast. Oh btw, I won $1600. On three card poker and I will be giving it to you for our next trip. You guys are the best thanks again.
